My Mother's Birthday Trip

My mother wanted to go to NYC so I decided to take her there for her 60th birthday . Found renting an apartment a lot more affordable and better located than booking hotel rooms for my Mum , my girlfriend and I .
The apartment is very well presented , clean and tidy and it was lovely to meet Maaya on our arrival .
The apartment is only a short $7-8 taxi ride from Penn Station and has great access to the restaurants on 3rd Ave and only a short walk to the Subway . The city tour buses also go near its location for jumping on and off .
We thoroughly enjoyed our visit and the freedom and handiness of the apartment definitely added to my Mother's birthday trip .

My wife and I brought our 2 young daughters to the city to see family, friends and explore the wonders of NYC. Maaya and her husband were VERY attentive to our needs and the apt was nice and clean. We had a great visit and plan on staying at a Sarin-owned property next time. We would definitely recommend them!

Great location cant go wrong. Clean apt, we were there for a week and had a great time.
Owners (Maaya) are extra careful when it comes to fulfilling the requests of her tenants.

We have just stayed for 9 days at Maaya´s apt near Gramercy Park. The apt has everything we need when we travel to N.Y. city! excellent beds, nice kitchen and bath and beautiful neighbourhood!Bus and subways very close to the apt, nice restaurants, food shops and no noise at all! we slept like babies. I will definetely stay at this place again and I hope this will be very soon.

Fantastic apartment, we were a party of four & truly enjoyed our stay in Maaya's apartment in Manhattan. The decor is wonderful, the apartment is sooo cozy & nice. I really liked the bathroom. There are so many resturants around the block, really nice area.
Maaya is really friendly & kind. Already recommended her contact to a couple of my friends.

I very nice & comfortable apartment, Very comfortable beds, my mother loved the kitchen as she loves to cook. Since it was our first visit to NYC i had requested for some information regarding some musems etc. Maaya was an excellent host and made sure that we had all the information that was needed. Thank You Maaya, i doubt that we will ever stay in a hotel again if we come back to NYC, only in one of your apartments.
I will definitely recommend your place to my other friends.

This whole experience was so pleasant and easy. Maaya is so wonderful to work with not to mention the place is fabulous. The decor is beautiful, the beds are comfortable and the location is perfect! The photos do not do the place justice on how cute and comfortable it is. I'll never stay in a hotel again...only in one of Maaya's places. We had 4 adults and were very comfortable. Lots of great restaurants within walking distance. Can't wait until our next visit!
