Ideally located on Center Walk between Beach Plum and Pepperidge Walks, you are just four houses from the ocean and two houses from the bay. Our bay access features a unique sandy beach--great for small children. The cottage is surrounded by full grown trees providing both shade and privacy. The living area has a large table with seating for 10, a bar with stools, flat screen T-V, and a Franklin stove. The kitchen features a full sized stove and refridgerator (both new in 2011) and is fully equipped for all your cooking needs. The child-friendly back deck, accessible from the front and the back, has an outdoor shower, charcoal grill and picnic table. All bedrooms have two twin beds with new mattresses. Fans are provided for all rooms. The bathroom was renovated in 2011. This house is ideal for a family or mature adults. Must be 25 or older to rent. Rentals for a minimum of one week.
