Our second stay here and definitely a home from home. Anne and John welcomed us back and it was good to be back. The house has everything you could wish for and more. Lots of information on the area, a stop and shop discount card, a beach pass for Joshua's Pond and all the things you would need for the beach with children. The house is located in a very peaceful area but central to everywhere. The air conditioning was great as is the washing facilities. Visited Nantucket, Martha's Vineyard (again), Joshua's pond great for kids, and Sandwich for the Boardwalk where we did kyacking. Kids loved it. Osterville with it's great shops and Chatham not far away. Ate at Wimpys, always good and Baxters Fish and Chips in Hyannis after a trip to MV. Birdsey Art Gallery in Osterville another great find and a second visit also. Also The Clay Pot new in Osterville where our girls spent some time decorating a pot of their choosing, a lovely lasting reminder of our time in Cape Cod.
Have visited other places but always find it hard to compare with Roseberry Knoll. We look forward to returning again one day. Thank you Anne and John for another wonderful week. The Evans Family, Glos UK.

We came back to Roseberrry Knoll for the second time. Anne and John are very friendly and welcoming. The house is very tidy and equipped with everything you need for your stay. The veranda and garden are good to relax - our children used to play around the house in the garden.
The location is very central on the cape so you can go in either direction for day trips or to the beaches. The house does also have a beach pass that can be used for every beach in Barnstable area.
We intend to come back.

Anne and John were very welcoming! Kids specially appreciated the chocolate left for us. Very organized with beach pass, grocery tag and all maps/AAA books available upon our arrival. Very comfortable and clean house with all amenities one could desire. I especially liked having access to washer/dryer and dishwasher. Nice big deck to have dinner outdoors. Close to grocery store (Stop & Shop) with cheap DVD rentals for the kids. Conveniently located close to routes 28 & 6. Easy to get anywhere in a short time. In all, Roseberry Knoll is a great find for anyone wanting to visit the area!

We had a great time in John's and Anne's house. Everything was excellent, tidy and clean, fully equipped kitchen, garage, grill - we haven't missed anything. Even the bikes worked. AC was very helpful. Residents beaches close. Running in the morning in the nice and safe neighbourhood. Very convenient for families. Absolutely recommended.

Thanks to John and Anny we spent very good week in this house.Everything is comfortable, clean and suits very well for vacation.
Area is convenient, beautifull porch and back yard. We hope to return to this house in the future.
