'By The Bay' is an ocean view, private apartment, centrally located and within easy walking distance to the harbor and all of Depoe Bays' restaurants, shopping and other attractions. The very popular 'Tidal Raves' Ocean front restaurant & a city park are located just across Hwy. 101. 'Wing Wa' Chinese restaurant & lounge just North of us is offering excellent Karoake, Thurs. thru Sat. There are other personal homes & the main part of town to the south.
Our one bedroom 600 sq ft apartment is on the ground floor, Ocean side, just 100 yds from the ocean. It is located in the same building as our 1200 sq.ft. three bed Townhome. There is a 6' cement wall affording complete privacy & dividing the lounge parking lot from the rentals.The entry to the rentals are located on opposite sides of the building.
Specially priced for 2 people, this romantic, clean & cozy, one bedroom, condo like apt. is trimmed inside & out with old growth Cedar. It has all tile floors, a queen memory foam bed with comfort pad, plus all the same amenities as our townhome, plus a private, ocean view, covered, wind protected, all cedar patio. This unit is at least 63 ft. above sea level, & best suited for 2-4 ADULTS. Our rentals are NOT SUITED FOR CHILDREN. During the Busy season, (May-Sept) A THREE NIGHT MINIMUM STAY IS REQUIRED.
