Great Couples Weekend!

Despite the rainy weather, we were extremely pleased at the resort. I can see this as being a place worth returning to at any time of year. The condo was well equipped and in clean condition. The cost was better than we expected. The beach will definitely be wonderful in the summer time and with the nearest resort being a long way off, the crowds should be only moderate. The only drawback I saw, if you would call it that is having no large stores nearby. It doesn't bother me, but it is a good idea to bring a good grocery supply with you.

We loved this condo. We were looking for a peaceful, relaxing vacation and that's exactly what we found. The condo is located away from the usual noise of a tourist town but only a short drive from restaurants, grocery stores, souvenir shops and lots of fun places like Adventure Island, The Track and Waterville. The decor inside the condo was a clean, crisp ocean/beach theme that really puts you in the mood to walk on the beautiful, white beach that you can see from the balcony. The indoor pool was nice and warm so we were still able to swim even though it was winter. When the kids got too tired to eat out we were able to just cook meals in the fully equipped kitchen. The owner provided us with all of the information we needed to make the most of our stay. We are looking forward to staying in this condo for a longer vacation soon!

There is not enough room here for me to tell you how i feel about The Plantation Resort nor this condo. Both are very clean, they are very conscious of the visitors, quite, calm, atmosphere. The condo was very spacous and comfortable. The security staff are very well occupied to aid you if you should have a problem. I just can't say enough about this place. We WILL be staying there again SOON. Hey! we stay at The Plantation Resort every year. Fort Morgan is not far from there nor is Bay fishing. If you are feeling a little adventurous one day try going down the down to Fort Morgan. ...Then coming back & relax in the comforts of home...

Very FAMILY oriented, away from college kid vacations! This condo is wonderful and exceeded my expectations. The owner is extremely nice and the layout and decorations are tastefully done! It was also VERY convenient to have a washer/dryer in our condo. We have 2 small children and a teenager and with all of the amenities, EVERYONE was satisfied! We will DEFINITELY be back next summer! Thank You!

My family had a great time here!! The propery was very well maintained and clean. We were amazed at how very friendly and helpful the staff and all the other guests were. My husband and I have 3 small children and we found this to be the perfect family getaway!! This unit is situated on the 2nd floor so I didn't worry about my kids being on the balcony. Much to my kid's delight we were located between one of the outside pools and the inside pool and it is only a short walk to the beach. It was nice to be away from the crowded tourist areas. Very quiet and family-friendly area!! There is a Starbucks only a short walk away with WiFi. If you have kids, make sure you bring flashlights and nets to chase the crabs on the beach at night!! We had a blast and will be back - hopefully soon!!

Everything in the description from the owners was accurate. In fact, the condo was above and beyond the description on the website. My wife and I were both really pleased with the condo, the grounds and the property in general. The owners of our condo did a wonderful job decorating the condo and the condo was equipped with everything, as if you were at home. The property is located a good distance from all the tourist traps and I really enjoyed the stay, it reminded me of how the area was thirty years ago.
