Reviews of Property: Beautiful and relaxing place in the midst of the city.

Everything was as expected. Quite a few steps to negotiate. Would not reccommend for older people. The two back burners on the range did not function properly. Everything else was fine.

We enjoyed this home while visiting Washington DC. Extremely close to metro stop. Easy to get around.

Angelica was absolutely wonderful! This made our stay extremely easy. We have 4 children ages 16, 18, 20 and 20 - so this was a perfect house for all 6 of us. Everything worked while we were there. Washer and dryer was great with so many people.

Great accomodations, quiet yet close to many attractions in the area. We would strongly recommend it.

The rental home provided a very comfortable base of operation for six adults and two small children who were on a one week vacation in the Washington, DC area. Each of the three bedrooms has a walk-in closet and an adjoining bathroom. The unit has a two car garage and a street parking pass for a third vehicle. The four levels (fifth including the garage) provided plenty of space to spread out. The home’s wireless internet and a basket of toys were used. The location was an easy drive to the Metro and a short drive to Washington, DC. Overall, it was a very enjoyable experience and we would readily rent the home again for a future visit.

Angelica from rental management company was exceptionally helpful and responsive from the time of our first contact. She was able to provide us with an early check-in time because of a special need and she provided a temporary street parking option when the previous renters forgot to return the street parking pass.

The rental home does have some of the normal wear and tear from multiple renters (e.g. wall scars, loose coaster wheel on the living room ottoman). It is also recommended that there be some extra blankets.

This is a really nice property, as someone before me said, "better than it photographs". Easy access to the Metro, very clean.....well-supplied. The brochures on-site were helpful, and everything was clearly and completely explained before hand. Would stay there again.

This is the perfect place for families or couples travelling together. The 3 bedrooms w/ baths was perfect. The property is clean and well maintained. We had one minor maintenance and with one phone call to Anjelica, the problem was fixed by the time we got back. Location is excellent with easy access to Metro and restaurants. Anjelica is super helpful and nice. I have recommended this place to 3 people I know who are thinking of doing a DC vacation.

We found this property to be excellent. A nice place to come home to after a day in DC. The house had everything we needed and a lot of space to spread out. The location near the metro was ideal. We could park our car for $10 a day and after 4:30 could park free at the same lot, which allowed us to come home and go out in the evening by metro without paying an additional parking fee.

This was our first time using Homeaway and would use again. This property was well maintained and Angelica was very helpful and available to answer our questions.

This is our first time tried vacation rental, it turns out to be a good one. We might try this again in our future vacations. This property is at an excellent location that it is so easy to go most anywhere in DC if you have a car. You can also used the Metro too. Angelica is very helpful in everyway to make our stay feels like home, she even provided a tour info for us, very friendly landloard.
