Karl & Penny - thanks so much for such a terrific stay. The unit is just as advertised - watching the whales, the fireworks on Friday evening and the comfort of this unit is just like home. Great atmosphere, great amenities, up to date and superb location.
We will be booking our next stay in Waikiki in this unit! The views are spectacular from the living room.

Dear Penny & Karl We really had an enjoyable and most comfortable time at your beautiful condo. It is so fresh, clean and tastefully decorated. The ocean view is fantastic and we sure enjoyed two whales putting on a show for us. The new stores are great-the whole area is the best. Thanks so much for sharing your place with us.

Karl and Penny, You sure have made your condo feel like home- it is very cozy. It is plenty spacious, and it feels a lot larger than it is because of the expansive ocean views. It is so great to have 'sit down ocean views'. The photos just can not do it enough justice. The clean and uncluttered feel of your home made it so worthwhile. All the upgrades really made the whole stay there very, very nice. ALL the other comments posted to date are right on the money. Thanks again for making our stay wonderful!

I can't begin to tell you how much we loved your condo - it was absolutely beautiful - it was very comfortable, just like being at home - the way you have it decorated it just beautiful - it's very roomy - the view from every window is breathtaking - we couldn't have been happier there and I thank you so much for sharing your home with us. Enjoyed more than enough our stay at your condo where every thing of newly renovated was found satisfactory and comfortable, presenting nice Waikiki ocean view in the sparkling sunshine and fantastic fireworks of every Friday evenig in the moonlight. Hoping to return twice in a year to your condo in the island of everlasting summer.

We had a wonderful stay. Very Clean and beautiful. Everything was as pictured and the view was awesome! Really enjoyed the time we had there. Would diffantly would stay here again. Thanks again, Karl and Penny!

LOVED this condo. The condo itself was as beautiful as the views from every window. Only wish I would've had more time to relax on the lanai and watch the fireworks taking place at the Hilton. The location was perfect- close to everything. Hope to visit again soon!

We enjoyed this place very much because of location
and everything nearby. Easy access - ABC Store on
the 1st floor - Beautiful view!! Great kitchen with
granite, full refrigerator, stove, sink, dishwasher.

Home Away From Home With Ocean View

Great location and magnificent view of the ocean!! Very clean and comfortable! Having the 2nd bath was a plus!!
We would like to return to this place next year!! ABC store is right next door well stocked with beverages, food and supplies.
Staff was exceptional and helpful.

This is a wonderful condo! The views are striking in
all directions, the furniture is modern, comfortable,
and different than the usual white rattan seen
everywhere. The kitchen is nicely equipped, the
queen bed is very good, and there is ample storage
space throughout. The Imperial staff couldn't be
nicer. We walk to the beach and through
Fort DeRussy Park daily. It is a very tidy condo and
easy to keep clean. Daily linen service is a real
bonus! Can't say enough about it! We come twice a
year.
