My two best friends and I, and each of our significant others, stayed at the All Season's Retreat in celebration of a birthday, as well as our joint Christmas celebration with each other. We couldn't have asked for a better experience. The cabin is in immaculate condition; it had just the amount of rustic charm we were looking for. The wood burning fire provided the perfect atmosphere for dinner, drinks, and our gift exchange, and the hot tub provided a great atmosphere to wind down our evening. The bedrooms were spacious (especially the Master loft, which my fiance & I were lucky enough to pull the straw for!), and everything was well kept and tidy. We are looking forward to making the All Seasons Retreat a new Christmas tradition amongst our group, and cannot wait to come back next year. Thank you for the perfect holiday getaway!

What an incredible place! My entire family fell in love with it including my 7 year old. He wants to live in it forever! The kitchen and linens were almost better stocked than my own house. We loved the cabin, the privacy and the quiet so much we cancelled our plans for the day and stayed right there! Having the book with local attractions and amenities was very helpful. We were able to purchase some food and do a little antique shopping. We also found things to do for this years trip (yes, we plan on coming back again!).
The cabin was spotless and well maintained inside and out. It had everything it said it would have and so much more - didn't expect the bookcase of books and board games! When we were leaving I had a question or two. I was able to call someone who answered it in a friendly and courteous manner.
Also, my husband and I have never been able to actually sleep anywhere besides our own bed. We have just accepted that we will be exhausted at the end of vacation. That was not the case with this cabin. We slept wonderfully.
I agree with some other reviews that it was a little hard to find, but the woman who took my reservation sent me very good directions and warned me not to rely on our GPS. Once I remembered that we had no problems finding it. The only difficulties we had at all, and it is a minor thing, was finding the dumpster to throw away our trash. We were a little confused at first which building to bring it to.
I highly recommend this cabin for anyone who would like some solitude without suffering.

My husband and I desperately needed some downtime away from home, business and noise. The All Seasons offered quiet respite where we could spend time, quietly, with one another in a perfectly-equipped, wonderfully decorated and exceptionally comfortable environment.

We had an excellent time. Everything was exactly as advertised. A little hard to find the place, it's hidden in the woods, but that was the idea. Highly recommend, we'll be doing it again soon!

if you are looking for a quiet get away, this is the one!
golf course is in your back yard but trees give you privacy.
property was clean and well maintained, kitchen supplies well equipped, also linen was well stocked.
driving directions to sights and resort was easy to follow, although would have been just as happy to stay at cottage all weekend!
would recommend this cottage to friends and hope to revisit soon!!

Thank you for a great few days! You have such a cozy, comfortable place here. I loved the windows and the beautiful views! The trees had such a calming effect, not to mention the fabulous hot tub! The bed was oh so comfortable as well as everything else here. Just Perfect! My husband and I-and our dog Jasper were grateful for the get-away and we'll be back for sure. Thank you

This is the second time we have stayed at this house. We love the comfort of the place, the All Seasons room, the hot tub, and the big deck. We will be back again. The dog loved it too.

Thank you so much for allowing us to stay in your own little slice of heaven. You resecued our vacation from the fiery depths of failed vacations. The hot tub was awesome. My mom even got married during the vacation. This was by far the best West Virginia vacation ever. We were goint to leave brownies, but I "accidentally" ate it all. Thank you for letting my dog Ellie stay here as well. I hope we can come again. Thanks!
