Well maintained residence offers all the amenites and room necessary to accomodate a Carribean golf sware, Located across the street from a great tune up course and minutes from The Ocean Club @ Paradise Island, this place is IT! Look outside to a calm Bahamanian bay and walk the beach to casino, dining, etc ... Not to mention the five star house you will enjoy. The courses are a must play, the residence is OUTSTANDING!!!!

Luxury vacation with all the comforts of home. Beautiful pool in the backyard with the beach and ocean thirty feet beyond that. Casinos, golf, snorkeling, wave running, fine dining and much more all very close. The house has plenty of room for guests, and that doesn't even include the guest house. A beautiful place to vacation and to live like a king right on the ocean.

Great place. Walk along the beach to the casino, grab a wave runner and go for a ride on the way over. If you’ve had a bit too much sun, fun and sand, you can hang on the patio; grill your freshly caught mahi-mahi (like we did), cocktail, and take a dip in the pool. If you need to take a working vacation, there’s high-speed internet access. Finally, if you just want to chill, there’s a home theatre for watching the game, or entertain the kids with a DVD.

Spent 5 days at Shangri La with 8 college buddies last February. Had a great time. Facilities were fantastic. Very roomy especially with the guest cottage on the property. Upscale accomodations but comfortable at the same time. Spacious pool area and cabana room overlooking the beach which is steps away. Able to walk to casino down the beach and golf course was minutes away. Large well appointed office with 2 desks, internet, etc let us stay in touch with business. I'll go back to Shangri La.

We had a wonderful vacation here. Exactly as described and pictured. Very clean and well maintained. We walked to casino, restaurants and shopping and took a short cab or bus ride to downtown and Paradise Island. Spent every morning and evening on the inviting and spacious patio enjoying the ocean breeze and beautiful view. This is a great vacation property with lots of room. Can't wait to go back! Jan

Right on the ocean, this house offers all the comforts and amenities one could ever need - comfortable well appointed bed rooms, immaculate luxury bathrooms and plenty of living space. My favorite spot was the patio overlooking the ocean, a very tranquil and serene setting. The location is great, too - very close to the shopping and nightlife of Nassau. The Atlantis resort is just a short cab ride away. Golf courses are nearby, too. You can do as little or as much as you desire. Either way, this place takes you away from all the stress and hectic pace of daily life and puts you in a relaxed and comfortable state of mind.

This property is gorgeous, very clean and well-maintained. Seven adults stayed for 5 days and we had plenty of room. The home has every amenity you could ask for. The 4 bedrooms in the main house are very spacious as is the kitchen and entertainment room (awesome setup). The pool, situated beachside, with an incredible view is perfect. We were able to walk along the beach to the casino in a very short time. The city bus stops within a block of the home and for $1.00 you can travel on the bus down to the shopping area. I would highly recommend this property for any length vacation.

Magnificent just scratches the surface. Incredible views from every room in the house. The ocean is your backyard. Breathtaking. This place has everything you would imagine a vacation in paradise offers. Perfect for several couples/families to share. Oh, just go with the girls for a long weekend. Do NOT miss this one!

The Shangri La is a beautiful luxury home that helped make our first visit to the Bahamas a truly memorable experience. We were going to do a Bahama Cruise originally but thought staying in one place sharing a house would be more fun (which it was!). The property manager is just a phone call away if we had any questions or something was needed. The pool behind the house is on a patio w/ a stunning ocean and sunset view. The ocean area directly behind the house is swimmable but lots of seaweed. However, a short walk further down the beach, you will find the perfect swimming spots and even jet ski rentals for a fair price. No need for a rental car as the $1 Jitney Bus stops were nearby and it was easy to even flag down a taxi van driving by on the road. We had a group of 10 adults and enjoyed cooking/BBQ'ing in a couple days which not only saved us money, but it was more enjoyable hanging out together as friends in a more intimate setting. The house is also very family friendly w/ plenty of space. I recommend bringing as much of your own food/snacks because the market prices are very expensive.
All the rooms in the house are really nice and well decorated, but whoever gets the HUGE master bedroom (shown in photos) is lucky! (each couple drew straws lol). Shangri La is truly wonderful and I would recommend it to anyone. Reserve it months in advance because it looks like the days are getting booked quickly!
