Should I say good things or not?
If I tell you how it really was, it might be hard for me to be able to book this place again in the future, but if I tell you it was horrible to keep it more available, I'd be lying. It was a very nice place. I think we benefited all the more for going during an "off-season" time because it was remarkably quiet, we had the beach practically to ourselves, and it was easy to do whatever we felt like doing the whole trip. For those who are looking into this rental, the main bedroom has a king size bed with two large closets, an extra storage space where you can stack your luggage out of sight, a standing shower, and a jetted tub. The second bedroom has a full sized bed and a normal basic bathroom. Both rooms have an excellent view. There's an extra half bath by the front door which was convenient. It also has a laundry room, a breakfast bar, a dining table, a kitchen with more space than you'd need, a dishwasher, and the balcony has all kinds of room on it. The overall property has 7 different pool areas, including one large indoor pool which was honestly the only one we could really use (the pools are heated, but when it's 60 something degrees, warm water doesn't mean much outside the pool. The overall facility was wonderful, I imagine that even at full capacity the facility doesn't ever feel overwhelmingly crowded. The condos are located at the very end of civilization on the Island, about a 5-7 minute drive from when you cross the toll bridge. There's a Publix right on the other side of the toll bridge that you can use to get some groceries to provide yourself with Breakfast, Lunch, and snacks to save money on your trip. Doing so will not just save you money, but will also save you time. There are some good dinner options nearby. Flounder's is right by the toll bridge, and has seafood options (a little pricey unless you've been to coastal seafood places and know what it's priced like). There's another restaurant we randomly liked called Papa Nalu Aloha Grill, which takes about 20 minutes to get to over in Gulf Breeze, but it was worth the trip. All in all a great place, and the owner was very easy to work with when we had a last minute surprise that nearly made us have to cancel/reschedule our trip. We enjoyed our trip as just myself, my wife, and our baby. I'd be 100% up for taking my parents with us sometime so they could spend time with their grandson on a long weekend.
