Week of July 6th still available! Beautiful Townhouse with spectacular ocean views will make your vacation a memorable one! Located on the North side of Salisbury beach where it is peaceful and fun for groups of all ages

Each unit has a spacious ocean deck and amazing views of the whole coast. No need to leave the townhouse if you've had enough sun as every window has wonderful unobstructed views, no dunes or properties are in your way!

Each townhouse has a large living/dining room with Futon for extra sleeping and a ceiling fan to draw in the ocean breeze. Kitchen has full size stove, refrigerator, microwave, coffee pot and is fully stocked with all cooking needs. Warm hardwood flloors throughout and lots of windows!

Each unit has washer & dryer, cable TV, internet and 2 car parking! Deck is furnished and has personal gas grill for entertaining. NO NEED to lug beach chairs as large deck steps right onto the beach! Three side by side townhouse units, each with it's own charm can accommodate a large party

Attractions!: Just a 3 minute walk to Salisbury center for fireworks and arcades.

Enjoy on of the best Water Parks, just 30 minutes to Water Country.

Only 2 miles away for historic NewburyPort, Shopping and Restaraunts galore.

3 miles North enjoy Hampton Beaches and boardwalk for outdoor concerts and shopping.

Wonderful Place to stay!

This house was better than we could have imagined. It was very clean and the owner was very nice and helpful. We had 8 people staying in one unit and we all fit cimfortably. Most kitchen needs are included. You don't have to go far to get to the beach, it is right off your back porch. The beach is a lot less crowded than Hampton so you can actually enjoy everything. The views are amazing especially watching the sunrise. The Salisbury Beach boardwalk is within walking distance (about 5 min). If you wish to go to Hampton Beach, it is only about a 5-10 minute drive! The price is right especially if you are splitting it with other people. Try getting a hotel on the beach with all the perks of renting this house at a comprable price. You probably won't find it!

Thanks for renting us your townhouse for the 4th year in a row! Once again we had the best summer vacation and will be returning for our same 2 weeks next year! Every year you make the property better and better, love the new adirondack chairs in the beach yard! It's so wonderful to wake up to the amazing sunrises and go to sleep listening to the ocean! Especially loved the fireworks this year as the barge was located in the ocean directly front our place and they were literally exploding over our heads, felt like a private light show! See you next year!

As lovely and comfortable as described, this beach rental has all the amenities of home plus many charming touches. Add to that a deck overlooking the beach and walk-out to the sand, you can't pass it up. Wish I could live there forever...
Also, walking distance from all the Salisbury activities and beach pizza!
The owners are very friendly and accomodating. I would highly recommend this property for any beach lover.

i HAVE NEVER IN ALL MY YEARS COMING UP TO THE BEACH DID I EVER STAY AT SALISBURY.....IT WAS ALWAYS HAMPTON BEACH. BUT NOW WITH SO MANY STONES THERE WE DECIDED TO GO OCEANFRONT, THE BEACH IS SO MUCH NICER AND YOUR LITERALLY RIGHT ON THE OCEAN..THE PLACE IS EXTREMELY CLEAN AND BRIGHT AND AIRY AND I ABSOLUTELY ADORED THE MASTER BEDROOM TERRACE AND SUNRISES....BESIDES TRYING TO FIGURE OUT WHERE TO PARK THE FIRST DAY.....AND THE BATHROOM IS PRETTY TIGHT QUARTER(IM NOT A BATHROOM PERSON) IT WAS THEE BEST PLACE I HAVE EVER RENTED AND HAD THEE MOST RELAZING TIME I HAVE EVER SPENT AT THE BEACH..SAVING MY MONEY FOR NEXT YEAR AND MY FAMILY WAS THERE TO SEE HOW BEAUTIFUL IT WAS...SO THEY ARE THINKING OF TRYING TO GET IT FOR NEXT YEAR TOO. What a great place !!!

Me and my family are so glad we chose to spend our vacation at this wonderful townhouse. Walked right out onto the door onto the sand and the owners were very pleasant to deal with. The place was spotless and clean, plenty of room and the view is just unbelieveable.The hardwood floors, bedroom room and cathedral ceilings are even better than the pictures.

Book us again for next year !!

Where do I begin! This property is the best vacation rental we have ever stayed in. Spacious,beautiful,clean,breathtaking beach and amenities galore!!! The owners could not have been any more accomodating. I have never seen lanlords that are soooooo concerned that their tenants have the perfect vacation. Overall this place gets 10 stars!!! Already reserved our weeks for next year and we can't wait to go back...

Best Vacation Ever!

This has best one of the most memorable vacations for my family! We had perfect weather and great accomidations. The townhouse was, clean, spacious and had awesome views of the ocean. The kids swam from morning till night and we grilled every day while watching the sunset. I would highly recommend dining at SeaGlass which is just a 5 minute walk. Kids played skeeball and had fun in Arcades at night. Can't wait to return next year!!!

Very disappointed

Unfortunately, the beachhouse was not at all what we expected. It was much smaller than advertised on the website and the pictures are very misleading. It is just a small unit with a very very small bathroom, not suitable at all to accomodate 8 people. The living room has a futon as a couch which is broken. Plus, the neighborhood is very crowded, people sit on top of each other. Stripclubs in the street behind you. Not the house and not the area we expected. We did not feel comfortable and left the house after 10 minutes and did no get any money back, which was very unfortunate as we came all the way from Germany and had to find a new place.
Owner's Response: I think the issue at hand was that the person whom I spoke to when making the reservation , did not relay the information correctly. I spoke at length to the prospective renter detailing the 3 side by side townhouse units and floor plan. We do have sleeping accomidations for 8 people and The rules and regulations, which was signed by the renters, explianed in length the refund policy. I did try to accomidate and said we could refund monies if I did rent the property to another party. Two days after the original vacation date the clients did call to say they had changed their mind and would like to return to the property and they were informed that it had not been rented and they could return at any time. There is a gentlemen's club in Salisbury center that has been there for many years but it is not located anywhere in the vicinity of our property.

Excellent Vacation

The location was excellent. Step out your back door onto 4 miles of white sandy beach. The condo was very clean and the entire family had a great time including our dogs.
We can't wait to go back. Minutes from Newburyport or Hampton.
