surroundings: The guest unit is nestled in the hills of Hollywood just west of the 101 at the top of the hill looking down on the whole city. It is very private yet close to everything with deer and great nature in the back and side yards. The unit has a sitting area outside and pergola with all the view and privacy. There also is a large deck the next level below the unit. There are many back routes to all the attractions the city has to offer. People that have stayed have said that the view alone is worth the price, and the place is loaded with charm and style.

Amenities: The guest house has a kitchen with stainless new appliances. It also has cabinets with stainless doors. It includes a range , a microwave , a coffeemaker, tea kettle, toaster, and plates and dishes and cutlery for four.

The flooring is a rich looking wood look, easy to clean. The room has a leather sofa with a full sized futon which is very comfortable. A flat screen tv in the living room with all basic cable channels is on a swivel wall mount , making it viewable from anywhere including the bathroom. The city view is also viewable from everywhere. There also is an air conditioning unit in the guest house; however it is rarely ever needed because the cool air from the beach is abundant. The bedroom is separate and private with double blind and shade on the window for darkness at night. There also is and office space with a desk and chair that views the city as well. There is ample closet space in the bedroom with a wall cabinet as well. The bathroom is beautiful.
