Easy, quick, simple, best lodging system going!

We just got back from a week in this suite. Everything went according to plan and the suite itself is exactly as advertised.

You are one block away from Waikiki, a five minute car trip to Safeway and walking distance to all major downtown Honolulu spots.

The suite was clean and comfortable. It came even with some surprises (a body board, snorkelling gear, some essential kitchen stuff (Salt/petter etc). The view is nice, a half view of both mountains/beach and a full city view.

I didn't speak to anyone about the lodging during the stay, no "check-in/check-out" which was awesome, The owner is honest and I had a key combo and had no problems with parking or anything. The owner before I got there responded to every email within a few hours.

The Banyan is very family friendly, has a nice outdoor pool and the treat was a barbeque area that for $2 you can use a great outdoor grill for 1 hour.

I don't see our family travelling anywhere else at the moment (2 kids). I would recommend BOTH the location (Banyan) and the owner of this suite to anyone.

The only negative about the suite was the pull-out couch. It wasn't very level or comfortable, which was OK for my son (3 years old) but I tried to sleep on it one night and it wasn't up to par.

We liked:
Pearl Harbour
Hawaii Zoo
Shopping
Waikiki Beach

Was ok:
Various beaches (we found the best beach was Waikiki and the hour drive wasn't worth it)
Aquarium (it's nice but small compared to what we have at home)

We didn't view the Polynesian Cultural Center (infants/toddlers not recommended), we didn't visit the Dole plantation or the Ranch on the North West of the island.
Owner's Response: I am happy to hear my guest from Vancouver enjoyed their stay in my unit and it was close to most things that were of interest. I also appreciate the feed back on the sofa bed. I replaced the mattress to address the comfort factor. Thanks for the kind words about your stay. Mahalo!

My recent stay at this condo was great. The condo fit the description accurately, it was well-maintained and clean, and in walking distance of everything. Overall it was a great condo, at a great price.

We stayed 7 nights - it was a great place. Comfortable, close to everything, friendly and Brad is a great person to work with. Beautiful view from the lanai and - this was great - a beautiful view while plugging away on your laptop. Parking was fine, there is a swimming pool and laundry facilities, coffee shop on site and, also, a mini-mart on site. We pretty much walked to everything during the day and at night. I would definitely stay there again.

We had an amazing 10 day stay in beautiful Waikiki. The condo is incredible. The unit is very spacious, comfortable and well maintained. Everyone at the condo complex was polite and friendly. There was more than enough parking. There are plenty of great restaurants and night life within walking distance to the condo. Awesome view of Waikiki beach from the balcony. We recommend taking one of the catamaran boat cruises that leaves from Waikiki beach. There is easy access to the interstate from the condo for taking island trips. This was a first trip for one of us and the other has been here several times and we would not hesitate to come back again and stay at this same condo unit and recommend it to our friends.

Very enjoyable stay

We live on the Big Island and needed a place on Oahu for a few days. This apt was perfect -- clean, comfortable, King bed (also very comfortable), high-speed Internet access and a full kitchen. Great view and very reasonable. Definitely recommend to Kama'aina.

As advertised

We stayed in this condo last week and were very happy with our choice. My brother rented a unit in the same condo from a management company and he paid quite a bit more and his unit was not as nice. Brad was very easy to work with and everything was exactly as he said it would be.

My only complaint was with the elevators since one was out of service so the wait was sometimes long, but that was a minor issue.
