We chose Scott's condo after reviewing several properties on-line, and were not disappointed. The pictures and layout are accurate and the unit is spacious and well maintained. There was more than enoght rooom for the seven adults staying of the week. Beads are firm, and the kitchen was well equiped whcih was a big plus for us since we tend to eat in most meals.

Location was good, it is only a short walk across the pool to get to the beach. Some reviews have complained about the views, but as the website clearly indicates this is not an oceanfront unit - but it is easy to see the beach from either balcony. A real bonus is the beach service provided in the rental which means by 8am each morning an umbrella and two chairs were waiting for use.

The complex has two nice grills by the beach which was nice for cooking out one night.

When we arrive, the unit was very clean and Scott's was very helpful in answering any question we had ahead of time. Would not hesitate to rent this unit from Scott again or recommend it as a place for a pleasant family stay. THANK YOU _ SCOTT.

This condo was awesome! The listing and pictures were very accurate and was actually bigger than we expected. We had a total of 8 people (7 adults/1 child) and we were all very comfortable with plenty of room! The kitchen was fully stocked with anything you would need and the fridge was large enough to keep full for the week. We especially enjoyed the extra boogie boards and cooler that was included as well as the umbrella and 2 beach chairs available for us everyday at the beach! Also being on the 7th floor you get great views of the beach from both balconies and the front door and you also get great night views of the Okaloosa Island area.

The property was very clean and well maintained and we enjoyed using the bbq grills with a beach view! The condo was decorated nicely with modern beach decor (no cheesy pink flamingos!) throughout and there is plenty of closet and drawer space to be able to put your stuff away and not live out of your suitcase all week! Also the laundry is just a few steps from the front door so you can pack light!

We only had one day of rain which allowed us to explore Destin (just 6 miles away) and we were able to go to the movies, shop (Destin Commons), and of course EAT (Highly recommend The Back Porch in Destin).

We absolutely enjoyed our week here at Okaloosa Island and can't wait to start making plans to return next summer!

We had a wonderful family vacation here. The condo was fabulous and very spacious for our large family. Scott was wonderful anytime I had any questions and was prompt in responding. Beautiful condo and the beach was not crowded at all. We were also so close to Destin that we had plenty to do but not actually there where the beaches do seem to be crowded. Would defiantly go back for another visit at Fort Walton.

This was our second year in a row to stay at this property, and we hope to continue the family tradition next year! The accommodations were very clean and comfortable, and my kids loved the flat screen TVs in each room. We ate most of our meals in, and found the kitchen to be very well equipped.

This is our second time staying in Scott's condo. Loved the renovations. We are already talking about coming back in September. Most relaxing vacation we have had.

Pictures are the real deal. Great condo! View of beach and bay is great from patios. The decor is beautiful and comfortable. Tons and tons of room to spread out and have your own peace and quiet. Huge refrigerator to stock for the week. This is our FIRST choice everytime we come back to Fort Walton!

We had car problems on the way down and so everyone was a bit on edge when we arrived, I had booked the condo and hoped we wouldn't be disappointed -- and we weren't!! The first thing I noticed was the gorgeous tile floors and the contemporary beach decor. Then, I saw the commercial-sized refrigerator! It was perfect for three families! We bought groceries for the week and still it wasn't full!

The two terrace's were great for enjoying morning coffee or dinner at night. I knew the condo was gulf-view, so didn't expect much of a view, but was happy that I could sit out there and not only hear and see the ocean, but could also see the bay!

The 5 flat screen TV's in the condo worked out perfect with 4 teens! They could hook their gaming systems up and we adults still had places to view television.

As for the sleeping situation, the room with the bunks, was perfect for the 4 teens, and the sitting room easily made a 4th bedroom at night or a 2nd living area during the day. My friend said the King bed in the Master Bedroom was probably the most comfortable bed she'd ever slept in! She had no problem sleeping through the night even though she was away from home. (Actually, We meant to look and see what brand that mattress was before we left and never got around to it! (: )

We grilled two nights, and my husband enjoyed being right on the beach while doing so. He said he's never had better scenery while cooking! And the pool and grounds, though older, are well-kept and clean.

We love Okaloosa Island because while you are close to everything Destin has to offer, the beaches here aren't crowded! The little shops in Fort Walton were fun to walk through one day when the seaweed took over the ocean and we even rented a pontoon, just a few minutes down the road, and went out in the bay on another day.

Scott was friendly and helpful and we can't wait to come back next year!!

This condo was incredible! It has been newly remodeled and beautifully decorated! The rooms are all spacious and there is plenty of room to get away from each other if you go with other families. The kitchen was fully stocked. All the appliances looked new and the refrigerator was huge. The Wifi worked very well too! I would definetly rent this unit again. And as previous renters have stated, Scott is great to work with! Thanks for the enjoyable stay!!!
