Each bedroom has a water view, one facing the beach the other the intra coastal waterway. The Balcony off the Living Room overlooks lush tropical gardens and sand dunes and then the blue waters of the Gulf of Mexico. A modern fully equipped kitchen, light and airy living/dining room and two full bathrooms complete the package.
There is a King size bed in the main bedroom and the second bedroom has two doubles. For an adult or child, we keep a foldaway bed.
The beachside pool with sun loungers is a perfect place to while away a few hours with a good book, or beachcomb along the pristine sands of Indian Rocks Beach.
Busch Gardens and Adventure Island, two parks adjacent to one another in Tampa are wonderful day visits particularly for families with children.

We are beach loving folks, who enjoy the quieter atmosphere of island communities.
Sunsets, a stroll to the local cafe or bar for a dinner, beachcombing and just relaxing on the sand with a book. Our vacation spot is just what the doctor ordered!
Proximity to the center of Indian Rocks, but on the outskirts so it is quiet. Close enough to stroll, far enough to feel the calm.
The opportunity to take the trolley bus from just outside the building to explore further afield - south to St Pete's Beach or north to Clearwater Beach.
Sunsets, water views all around, walking distance to cafes, restaurants and bars, and to listen to great love music! Heated pool in winter. The wildlife on the beach.....wow!!
