I brought a group of 23 to this house and when we first arrived, I was not altogether sure if it would fit us all. I could not have been more wrong.
When I walked in It opened up into a huge great room with plenty of seating. Massive kitchen with with many top of the line appliances.
Excellent rooms and plenty of bathrooms, which is always a must!
The hot tub was a fun amenity and I spent a good part of my time playing pool with my friends in the garage : )
Beautifully furnished and a very relaxing atmosphere. I will also not fail to mention the big screen ( probably 42" ) TV that was in almost every bedroom! That was fun.
It is also very close to the little town of Sunriver itself.
The view of the river behind the house was great and the current of the river is weak, making for some great canoing!
You can't go wrong with this house and I will be staying there again in the future

Breathtaking!!!!!

We had our annual family reunion and an impromptu wedding at this amazing riverfront property and we had the best time. The setting was beauftiful for a wedding and pictures turned out beautiful. We had newborns to senior citizens and everyone had a wonderful time in this fabulous home. Everyone especially liked the massage chair, the hot tub, and kayaking/canoeing on the river. We had to laugh since almost all of our family is afraid of water that you can't see or reach the bottom of and this river was perfect for us since it is only about 3 feet if that and it is crystal clear. This house is beautifully furnished with the most comfortable beds, the best amenities and has so much for everyone to do. This home truly is a home away from home. The only thing that was a little difficult was keeping track of which food was ours and which was the owners other than that it was perfect. My husband even said that he will miss that ice machine. Also the onsite representative, Tyson, was great. He was so helpful and very kind. Great customer service at this great house!!!!

With 16 tough critics we have all decided that this property has by far been the best property we have rented in the last 9 years. We hope to book it again for next year!

A "haven" just outside SunRiver!

Reunion Gang West Linn, Oregon USA
Review Submitted: July 29, 2008 Date of Stay: July 2008
It is hard to even begin to describe how wonderful this home is. It's spacious beauty and top of the line furnishings make you feel pampered throughout your stay. A large back deck complete with hot tub, rocking chairs, lounge chairs and patio table overlook a plush lawn that winds down through a child's play area, adirondack chairs, fire pit and two hammocks ending at the edge of the crystal clear Spring River. Three kyayks and a canoe are at your disposal to paddle down Spring River into the Deschutes. Our family reunion of 18 enjoyed every minute of our time spent there. Only two "complaints" were voiced which were, you had to bike down hwy. 97 to enter into the great SunRiver bike trails and because this home belongs to a wonderful large family (like ours) the storage for food and clothing during our stay was a little difficult due to the owners belongings and food being stored at the same time. NOT enough of a problem to stay away from this "haven"! Thank you to the owners and builders of this treasure by Spring River! Personally I am missing the Miele built in "coffee wonder machine!" : )

You deserve to be spoiled!

When booking the house my intent was to find a vacation spot that would accomodate, treat & spoil us beyond our everyday lives and still feel comfortable, if not better, than home. A place for the multiple families, ages ranging from from 3 to 69, to gather and yet a place to offer each family their own preferences for adventure. This is the spot. Canoeing, hiking, bicycling, shopping, swings & slide for kids, hammocks, a fire pit, relaxing and quiet..some just right outside the back door, others within 30 (+/-) minutes of driving. The house is equipped for all of it. The only minor inconvenience (if you even want to call it that) was to get to the Sun River bike paths you had to bike down the main road a bit; just not as easy as if you were in Sun River. I would recommend this place over and over again and rebook another stay if the situation arose. The owner is friendly and easy to work with. Rates are a deal! Go ahead...book it. You'll not regret it.

This home must be one of the most beautiful homes in central Oregon. Amazing home on amazing property. More amenities than you could imagine. Had a wonderful time. I would highly recommend this home! If you could think of it...this home had it, and most likely it has more than one of them :)
