I just returned from a New Year's Eve weekend at the Vasili House and absolutely could not have asked for anything better. We were a group of ~30 25-30 year olds and everything about the house was perfect for our stay.

The pictures do not really do the house justice of how nice and cozy it actually is and we were all so pleasantly surprised upon arrival. The house has more than enough room to sleep a large group, plenty of bathrooms and living room space for a great time. The large dining room and dining room table were perfect for our New Year's Eve dinner and having the two full size refrigerators and oven/stoves were very useful. House is a nice easy drive to the mountain and plenty of space both out front and back for throwing a football or other activities.

Would highly recommend this house for anyone in need of a great space which can more then comfortably accommodate large groups. The owner and renter were very pleasant to deal with and we could not come up with a single complaint from the entire experience.

We had a group of 20 people gather for my Wife's Surprize 30th Bday!! The house couldn't have been better. We were able to cook breakfast for 20 people easily. The yard was MASSIVE and we really enjoyed playing catch and having the dog run around outside. The owner was very pleasant to deal with and made our stay memorable.
Would definitely recommend.

I stayed in this house last year and liked it so much I came back again and will certainly do so next year as well. I organize a group of people to go skiing each year and this has been perfect for us. The house itself is huge and in great condition. The satellite tv kept us busy during down times and the main room with it's large table was great for eating dinner together. It's centrally located to the mountain so was only a quick ride allowing us to hit the slopes early. Lastly, the caretaker and owner were very attentive during the weekend making sure we had everything we needed. Although we didn't need anything because they made sure to have everything prepped for us it was nice to know that they were there if we needed them.

I stayed in this rental for the first time in January 2010. My group consisted of approx 30 people btwn the ages of 24-28 looking for a ski trip. The location was perfect. Only about 15 minutes from the mountain and very private. Everyone had such a great time that we rented it again in March 2011 and plan to make it an annual trip. The owner, Vasili is great to work with and very reliable. The house has plenty of room and well maintained.

We had an amazing weekend with a group of 25 children and adults. The house was more than large enough with a great dining room that held us all.

This house was great for our reunion. Lots of bedrooms/beds, huge gathering area for meals, ample room outside to sit around a fire and roast marshmallows. The house is an older farm house, but well maintained for its age. Everything was clean and comfy. I would definitely stay here again...it's perfect for a big group.

I had a group of about 42 18 year olds to go away for a couple of days and this house was perfect. There was a huge yard and a lot of sleeping room. I highly recommend it.

We had a work reunion at this house last August and ended up booking very last minute as we had to cancel our other accomodations. The owner, Vasili, is tremendously accomodating and very helpful and efficient with the registration process. It was a pleasure to work with him as opposed to some other vacation rental owners we have used in the past who make it seem like they are doing you a favor.

The house is located in a beautiful valley and the house is far from surrounding neighbors which makes the setting feel very private yet open at the same time. One word of advice, the house is about 15 minutes in either direction from the nearest town so buy any food or supplies that you will be needing before you get to the house. The house was very clean and well decorated and the ground floor had some very interesting sitting areas as well as an enormous dining room. The bedrooms were all a good size and bathrooms were clean.

I would definitely recommend this house to large groups looking to have a fun time together without all the necessities of an urban center. We hope to come back to this or Vasili's other property as often as possible!
