This is an exceptional property located in an exceptional place. Magda was a wonderful person to contact and deal with. The owner himself was readily available to answer questions. It was relaxing and fantastic to stay there. We were a group of nine who enjoyed the house, pool and the resort of Palmas del Mar. An exceptional value. We were able to rest and get away from it all. Great house for families.The property is a luxurious home with a fantastic pool as the center piece. A true escape from the ordinary. A place that will provide memories you will treasure.

Just returned from a wonderful vacation in Puerto Rico. Our party of 11 very much enjoyed our time at in this wonderfull villa. We had more than enough room to accommodate our large party. The pool area was a great source of entertainment for us most evenings.

The one problem we encountered with an air conditioner was corrected quickly. Magda the villa manager was wonderful and took us to one of the larger grocery stores to stock our kitchen.

We would not hesitate to recommend this propertyfor your family and/or friends vacation.

Hola primero que nada le doy muchas gracias a magda por ser tan amable con todos nosotros.de esta propiedad les digo que vuelvo a rentarla y que se las recomiendo a quien sea ya que es sumamente muy segura para cualquier persona no importa la edad.tiene una vista hermosa por dentro y por fuera,es grandisima y comoda,los cuartos son muy seguros y todos tienen aire acondicionado,y todos muy comodos,la cocina muy hermosa y todo lo demas igual,nos quedamos por 1 semana y fue hermoso una experiencia inolvidable,rentamos un carro de golf y pudimos disfrutar de los alrededores de palmas del mar,bueno quisiera decirles mas sobre la casa pero se los voy a dejar a ustedes para que vean y cientan l,o mismo que yo y toda mi familia,le doy gracias a magda y al dueno por tratarnos como su fam,y pronto nos veremos por alla

The property was the number one highlight of our vacation. Upon our arrival, we were greeted by rental agent Magda at the property. Magda was fantastic, she gave us a tour of the home in detail, and also a tour of the Palmas Del Mar main attractions. It was comforting having Magda a phone call away, if we needed her. The house is nestled in a private setting, so our children were able to make as much noise as possible, without disturbing neighbors. The layout of the house was beautiful and luxurious, plenty of space and bedrooms. The inground pool and jacuzzi provided our family with endless fun and relaxation. Some of the property shortfalls are: No internet connection, and there is only one television in the property. But in all, it's a luxurious property in a beautiful resort. We will definately visit again in the future.

The pink pool castle house is a beautiful vacation home that offered everything we needed. The grounds and interior are immaculate. The house with five bedrooms is actually built around a gorgeous tiled pool so that all the rooms open into the interior courtyard that serves as the main focus of the house. The pool area is beautiful and includes a non-heated hot tub that cascades water into the pool. This area is open to the sky so sunning yourself by the pool is a very private event. Turn the pool lights on at night and enjoy looking up at the stars through the open courtyard while in your own private pool club. Cocqui frogs in the trees will serenade you to sleep as you relax. The house is secluded along a heavy vegetated ridge just 1000 feet from the beach.

The house has undergone a recent redecoration and has no signs of problems. The furniture is top rate, the rooms well appointed. Kitchen is fantastic with full model home amenities including walk in pantry, stove top island, stainless steel appliances, granite tops, microwave, coffee machines, wine cooler, etc. The kitchen/family room will soon become your focal point in the house. There is only one flat screen cable TV in the family room.

Grocery shopping and restaurants are less than 2 miles from the house near the harbor or take a car 10 minutes to the cities of Humacoa and Fajardo. We rented a golf cart to explore Palmas for all its wonders. This kept us busy for days in the resort. But we still made day trips to Vieques Island, the rainforest, the bioluminescent bay, and Luquillo beach. Lots to do!

The beaches in Palmas are lovely and private. Not too good for Caribbean snorkeling, but scenic nonetheless. Seaweed needs to be cleaned from the beach daily. Just drive your golf cart to one of many access points and set out your blanket. For better off-the-beach snorkeling the natives say to take private boats to the local out islands.

There were plenty of bedding materials and towels provided everywhere. Some standard hotel items are missing: alarm clocks, clothes iron, TV in each bedroom. But then you have a walk in cedar-lined closet, a bidet, and two master suites, so who would complain about that?

The management of this house was very accommodating.We would definitely return to the same place, there’s more to do!

Palmas del Mar is arguably the best resort to experience a relaxing getaway in Puerto Rico. The restaurants, shops and the small casino added to our appreciation of the resort. My party was lucky enough to find this beautiful home for an extremely reasonable price. Our party included 4 children under the age of 9 and the description of ‘access to the pool from every bedroom’ caused concerns regarding safety. Our stay proved that our worries were groundless. The pool in the courtyard provided our family with countless hours of entertainment, especially for the children. With proper parental supervision, the pool proved to be the jewel of the home. There were enough bathrooms (with constant hot water) and bedrooms to accommodate our 12 person party. Furthermore, the home had a strong, effective and reliable air conditioning system that was necessary to bear the Puerto Rico heat. Access to a secluded beach was reached with a short 2 minute walk. There was no necessity for a golf cart. The property manager, Magda, worked with us throughout the reservation process. Once we got there, her hospitality made us feel right at home. For interested renters I say compare prices on vacation rental property in the area and I assure you this is the best deal.
