Awesome Family Spring Break!

Barb was wonderful to work with in obtaining condo #5. From the moment we first spoke on the phone, I knew she took pride in making sure her guests' needs were met. We spent 3 nights celebrating our twin boys' 16th birthdays and our oldest sons' graduation from high school. The condo was spacious enough to accomodate my family and a few of their friends with room for more. Location was wonderful. Every morning we would place our chairs on the beach and able to walk back and forth between the condo and the water with ease. No packing up or worrying about your personal items being left for others to take. We could sit on the balcony and watch the boys playing and even hear their laughter and conversations - truly a blessing. Another feature we enjoyed was the spacious kitchen and dining. We are very family oriented and enjoy eating together as a family. There is seating for 11 in the dining room and 8 more on the balcony. There was plenty of linens and the kitchen was well stocked. It was truly "home away from home". Everyone had plenty of room to have their own space; therefore, we all enjoyed a very peaceful and relaxing time. I would recommend this condo to anyone with a large family or even 2 families to share. The owners go above and beyond to make sure that your stay in really a vacation. We meet our friends “ half way” for a beach vacation in Seagrove every year and this is our second stay at this #5 condo. Location ideal, condo clean and well supplied for our enjoyment. Together, we laughed, ate, drank, sunned, read books, played cards, rented bikes, listened to music and relaxed. A perfect vacation was had by all. The beach is so gorgeous. We wanted to make our spring vacation last just one more day..but worked called us back
home :( . Until next year…..

The family always enjoys our stay a Sugar Dunes. We are right on the water with out the crowds. We like to stay and just relax, which is why we keep coming back.

Location location location!!! This vacation condo at Sugar Dunes was as sweet as it gets. From the spacious floor plan and the beautiful tropical Florida decor inside to the breathtaking white sand beach outside this place has it all.
We had a blast, from lazy days on the beach creating sand castles to our shrimp and crab boil dinner on the porch. Conveniently located, we enjoyed our shopping spree at the cute village of Seaside and enjoyed a boating and snorkeling day trip. Here you can do nothing but relax or you can keep busy continuously its up to the indivdual. We had days that we did both. Condo was a real treat, we feel very lucky to have come across this Florida gem. I think we have found our home away from home here.

We loved the gorgeous white sand beach! Great food nearby and this condo had everything we needed for a great time. We loved RELAXING on the porch watching the waves at sunset, a perfect way to "chill" each evening. Thanks for sharing your "piece of paradise" with us. We'll be back next year.

This December will be the start of our 3rd season as guests in this ex-ceptionally nice condo. We consider it our home away from home. The owners go out of their way to make us feel welcome and they make sure that everything is in good order and immaculately clean. The kitchen is very well equipped with nice dishes, good cooking utensils and plenty of space to cook if you so desire. The table in the dining room easily seats 10 and also serves my craft and sewing pro-jects. Being right on the beach is such a plus! Daily walks on the beach and watching the sunrise and sunset just can't be beat. There are plenty of good restaurants and a full service grocery store nearby. The beds are very comfortable as are the sofas in the living room. I really can't say enough about how nice this condo is. Friends who have visited us there have raved about how nice the condo is and how fortunate we are to have found such a great place to relax and enjoy our time away from home. It is our home away from home!!

We stayed here in August last year, but wanted to come in Spring 08, so when late March was open, we grabbed it. This is such a great place since it's beach decor is very comfortable and is furnished with everything we could think of to make our week perfect! We like to cook, so it has many cooking items so we did not have to go out and buy any utensils. It was very clean when we arrived both times, has soft towels & sheets made up on the beds so we did not have to do that first thing, and owner was so friendly to deal with.

The great views from the windows across the LR, DR and Kitchen are just like the pictures on website-breath taking. Easy beach access from the porch makes the beach and ocean just a few steps away. We liked eatting our meals on the gulf porch and watching the dolphins swim by. Our grand kids loved seeing the dolphins swim in groups. After dinner each night, they loved chasing crabs with flashlights on the beach.

Seagrove area has great restaurants nearby (we like the Seagrove Market Cafe for lunch and Yiannis for dinner). This time we also went to Destin (20 mile) to eat a meal on the harbor front.

Our vision of the beach now is staying here, so we're thankful to have found this great place to stay, with affordable rates. We're planning our next trip back here this fall...See you then!

We have been coming to the Destin/South Walton area for years. Last summer we were fortunate enough to stay in this fantastic townhome. It is BY FAR the best we have ever stayed. Absolutely loved it! My oldest daughter got engaged on the beach there. Unfortunately, our large group cannot go this summer....we are having a wedding! BUT,for sure plan on being there in the summer of '09!
