Highly misrepresented picture

The picture shown is very misrepresented as the so called Lodge is a restaurant and where they put you is under the restaurant with no TV, RADIO, WASHER/DRYER. The path to get into the entrance(which is French doors) is either muddy or unpaved and the parking is on a gravel road. You also hear foot steps whenever there is anyone in the restaurant as you are right underneath it,
Owner's Response: Hello
In response to review, we are saddened that our guests did not enjoy their time at the Lodge as our goal and the reason for the construction of the resort is to provide a wonderful place for people to rest and enjoy the beauty of Glacier National Park. Thankfully the majority of our guests are happy with their stay at the lodge.
Regarding review:
The photo of the exterior of the lodge is taken from the east side of the lodge.
We did open a Bistro in summer 2009, 5:00pm-8:30 pm, closed and quiet by 10:00pm, which is the resorts quiet hours. The bistro is located outside of the lodge near the meadow and was enjoyed by numerous guests as a place to rest, relax, and enjoy a nice meal before retiring for the evening.
As listed under amenities on website, no TV, radio, or washer or dryer are provided. Laundry facilities are less than a mile away in West Glacier.
The reason for the muddy entrance was due to a sprinkler system company installing sprinklers.. A mat was placed over the 6 inch patch of dirt near the entrance where the sprinkler was installed enabling guests to walk over the dirt without concern. If future guests have any questions or concerns please feel free to call or email. Thank you
