Located in the middle of miles of beach on the New Hampshire Seacoast, this new studio offers many amenities. Just a few steps from the water you can enjoy the beautiful sunny beach, souvenir shopping, dinning and nightly entertainment. To the north you are minutes from York beach, designer outlet shopping (Kittery, ME) and a major coastal city (Portsmouth, NH) where you will experience New England hospitality and history. To the south you will encounter Salisbury beach, MA and just minutes away you will also experience Newburyport, MA. Where many amenities are available. Whale watching, Sailing, Antiquing, Fine dinning etc.
RECENT UPGRADES: Condo was just upgraded with fresh paint, new flooring and granite. Completly redone.
NON SMOKING PROPERTY: THERE WILL BE A $150.00 FEE FOR SMOKING IN THE CONDO. THIS FEE IS TO FUMIGATE THE PROPERTY TO NEWTRALIZE SMOKE.

Stunning Sunsets

My husband and I stayed in the off season to be close to my daughter having a baby. This place was very well kept and clean, The outside deck and patio area gave a wonderful view of some beautiful sunsets. This might have been due to the time of year. We happened to hit an unusually hot month for that time of year so it was just perfect. The owners were great and responded quickly to any questions. The area was also perfect, Many great places to eat and just stroll along the beach. It was a peaceful get away for my husband and I. We want to thank the owners for making our vacation that included the birth of our grandson Aiden Machado into the world that much more perfect.

We love this condo!

We had a great time at this condo. The location is perfect and the condo has everything you could possibly need. The owners were very pleasant to deal with and access to the condo was convenient and simple. The weather was not great while we were there, but the condo made our vacation wonderful because it felt "like home". We would recommend this condo to friends and family and will stay here again for sure.

This was by far one of the best places I have had the pleasure of staying at in Hampton. Very clean, everything you need is available in the condo. We spent most of our time people watching from the balcony.. How relaxing. Ocean view, shortwalk to beach. Boardwalk is right there. The owners were wonderful. Neighbors very nice. Not one complaint. I will be back. I/ we just loved it.

We loved this condo. Great location, comfortable, cute and had everything we needed for our stay. The description was accurate and the layout is terrific. Every inch of the space was well used and very clean. The owner was wonderful to work with and we would definately recommend this property to a friend or relative. The weather was not great during our stay, but this condo made our stay better by far. The parking spot is alittle tight, but being covered was the best especially with the rain as we loaded and unloaded our luggage. There really was nothing that could have ruined our stay because we LOVED this condo

Just awesome!

My husband and I had a wonderful time in this condo! The location was perfect! Right in the middle of everything we love about Hampton Beach. The condo is fairly small (as most are) but as others have mentioned, it was VERY clean and updated. We've stayed in other places in Hampton that were old, dingy, dirty, slanted floors, rusted bathrooms, you name it! But this condo was spotless! New flooring, fresh paint, clean linens, everything you could possibly need in the kitchen. The furniture was very comfortable, granite in the bathroom, comfortable bed, etc. The only downfall I would say was the parking spot assigned to that room. It was very small and difficult to get in and out of. There were hardly any other tenants while we were there which made it easier but I would suggest if you have a larger vehicle, or plan on going in and out, you may need to find alternate parking.

One of the cleanest places to stay

The hotels at Hampton are old, out dated, and very dirty. This studio apartment is very well decorated and organized there is not one thing the owner did not think of Plates,bowles,glasses,extra bed linen, lot’s of towels,toaster,microwave,toaster oven, stove top burners, iron, etc. The owner keeps this place very clean and well decorated. You will definetly not be disappointed with this rental. We enjoyed our stay and we have already booked another stay. The check in and check out is very easy and the owner is great to communicate with.

Tourists without a Car,
Sightseeing,
Families with Teenagers,

Certainly the best option we found

We 'sort of knew' where this property was, and the alternative was the motel just up the street that we'd stayed in before - and had no vacancy this time in peak season.
Immaculately maintained and clean, everything you'd need, no problems with the handoff or rental, second floor view has a clear ocean view for the time being until they build something in front of it where the commercial block was.
Bonuses that we didn't know about until we got there included the pool that everybody used, and even a gas grill/table area out back that came in very handy.
We did some comparison shopping to some other spots that had beach views and certainly found no other place we'd rather be.
Wireless internet service worked fine.
Parking is tight here and in the entire town in season and if you have a choice, don't bring a second car and the one you do bring - smaller is better!

Great location, close to everything

Highly recommend! This is a very clean unit that had everything we needed. It is basically the size of a large hotel room but has the convenience of all you need for preparing your own meals. The beach is less than a block to walk to (you can see it from the balcony) and the boardwalk is a block. With the door closed it was very quiet, didn't hear the cars driving by.
I would recommend this for a couple or maybe a couple with one child. There is a pull out couch so it does sleep 4 comfortably (there were 3 of us).
Plenty of linens to get through the week. Very safe and clean building. The pool was great for a break from the sun.
Owner was very responsive and friendly, would definitely rent from again.

Wonderful!!!!

Due to circumstances our arrival was earlier then expected,..and the owners were very accomodating to our needs. Since it was on a holiday, we were very grateful for their inconviencing themselves to help us.
The place was very clean and enjoyable.
What it lacked in size (due to our own personal needs)...it made up with great access to the beach and boardwalk....
We never had to move the car, and it was nice to have it under the garage, keeping it cooler.
We would definately enjoy renting this condo again,...maybe just me and the husband next time!!lol....
