Great location, Fantastic property

Our vacation at this property was one of the best ever. There are three important things about any property anywhere: Location, Location and Location. All White Mountain attractions are easily accessible from this townhome, and we managed to cover most of the attractions in 3 days (With 10 adults, 2 infants and 1 toddler, it was quite a challenge!). The property was everything the owners described, and more.
1. It is clean, and well-maintained
2. The kitchen is very well equipped, and the appliances are in great condition. We cooked most of our meals at home, and found nothing lacking.
3. The bedrooms and bathrooms are appropriately sized, and easily accessible from all three levels. The house can comfortably accommodate 10+ adults.
4. The swimming pool, fitness center and tennis courts are close by, and well maintained. One Note: The clubhouse with these facilities is open from 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM. I was unable to find this information anywhere else.
The owners were very accessible, and my transaction with them was seamless.
I would highly recommend this property to other travelers. I look forward to staying here again when I visit the NH area next time.

Great Ski condo

This property works out nicely for 2 families with lots of kids...the 3rd floor loft has plenty of beds. The property is very clean and well stocked with anything you need. Having the use of the Loon Mountain Spa and pool was very nice, although a bit of a ride. The location of the condo was in the quanit section of North Woodstock, nicer than those properties on the main strip leading up to Loon. The property is right around the corner from the Woodstock Inn which has a wide variety of food and their own craft beer. The bathroom set up is a little weird with 1 shower being off the kichen and it would have been nice if the wood for the fire place was provided rather than having to go buy bundles. All and all a good place for a family ski vacation.

Great home with everything you need!

I stayed for three nights over the holidays with a group of old college friends. It was very spacious and there were plenty of beds for everyone with the 3rd floor loft!
The shuttle to Loon was great as it got rid of the hassle of parking and lugging ski equipment to the mountain.
The location was perfect; it was quiet but a short drive to some great restaurants and outdoor activities. I would recommend this condo for a group of friends or a couple families!

Great, Convenient Townhome!

This house was convenient to all ski areas. We really enjoyed the fireplace and layout of the kitchen and living room. The house is very well equipped and comfortable. The kids loved the loft area! Plenty of room for everyone. We did use the pool at the Loon Center. It was very nice after long day on the mountain. We would definitely stay here again!

Great Long Weekend

This condo was a great location, just down the road from Loon Mountain. There were 10 of us that stayed for the long weekend in January. Plenty of beds, everything was clean. Nice kitchen area, stocked with pots/pans. After skiing, we came back to use the fireplace which worked fine. Overall, a fun weekend. Condo had plenty of space for all of us.

My family of 7 had a fantastic time at this condo! It was very clean and comfortable. The membership at the Loon Mountain club was a specially nice bonus that the owners shared. The owner was easy to deal with and supplied important information prior to our stay. We look forward to renting again!

All the Comforts of Home

My family of four (2 adults and 2 children) visited for a week in August. We wished we could have stayed longer. The apartment was very spacious, clean, comfortable and well maintained. There was plenty of space for the four of us to spread out and relax after a busy day of sightseeing or to sit down together for meals. The kitchen had everything you could ever need; just bring your own food. The bedrooms were roomy with comfortable beds. We appreciated the laundry facilities, too. We would have loved to try out the pool and spa at Loon Mountain, but simply didn't have enough time to do so. The owners are friendly and very easy to communicate with. We would stay here again in a heartbeat. I encourage you to make it your family's headquarters for your next trip to the White Mountains.

We stayed here the weekend of March 4-6, 2011. Everything was perfect. There were 3 couples and 1 toddler. Plenty of room for all of us. The property is very clean and well-maintained and in a great location. The owners were were very easy to deal with.
