Great Value

My husband and I stayed at this condo with our baby and my mother for a week. I went to college in Austin, but it had been 10 years since I had been in the city. It was the perfect location for running around the city and was elegant, clean & cozy for quality family time. I hate to rave about it too much because I want it to be available for our next trip!

Very comfortable and central. Very easy checking in and out and extremely clean and well set up. The kitchen facilities were excellent and there was welcoming snacks and drinks waiting for us.
Austin was a lot of fun for Aussies who had never been to Texas before. What fun we had. Highly recommended as a great alternative to hotels.

We were "first-timers" to Homeaway and what a great experience!! Chereen was wonderful to deal with in the reservation phase and it continued right on to the day we left. All five family members loved it and we will be back soon and often. The neighborhood was wonderful and we were close to everything Austin has to offer...and that's alot of great stuff. We would highly recommend Chereen's property to anyone wanting to stay in Austin for a short or long period of time.

We just returned from our stay at Chereen's condo--it was fantastic! Great central Austin location, very nice homey touches, and check in and check out was a breeze. I would definitely rent again and recommend others to check it out! Way better than a hotel!

This condo was truly a home away from home. My husband and I were very comfortable there. With Austin being such a captivating city, we spent little time in the condo, but the time we did spend there was very relaxing.

The fully equipped kitchen is very convenient and we even cooked brunch one morning for my son and his girlfriend (the Austinites).

The best feature? Location, location, location which was absolutely incredible. If you stay in this condo, you will be central to everything. I am a walker and got up every morning and walked around the neighborhood across Exposition. This is an interesting neighborhood to explore!

I think we should book our next stay soon.

My family of 5 (3 young children) had a very comfortable stay here. GREAT location to downtown, lake austin, grocery store, restaurants, park.

My husband and I stayed at Chereen's condo with our 15 month old son on our recent trip to Austin. After our stay we decided that we will never stay in a hotel again. The condo was clean, comfortable and modern. We had our son asleep upstairs while we could stay downstairs and not be forced to go to bed at 8 like we would have in a hotel. This was a comfortable and welcoming place to stay and we really enjoyed having a "place of our own" to go to while on vacation.

There were so many nice personal touches in this condo and Chereen really made us feel welcome. There was a portable crib set up in the second bedroom, snacks and drinks waiting for us in the fridge and a list of recommendations of places to go and see. Everything was perfect.

The location of the condo was also great. We were within 10 minutes of anything we wanted to do - from Zilker Park to South Congress to the State Capitol, this was a perfect spot!

Thanks Chereen for providing such a great, comfortable home away from home for us, we will definitely be staying here on our next visit to Austin!

My family and I are from Katy, Texas right outside of Houston on the westside. Hurricane Ike's projected path was coming directly for us and I felt it woudl be safer to take the family away from Houston. By the time we made the decision all the major hotels and motels in Texas were booked. I found homeaway.com and started looking for a place to stay on very short notice.

We got much more than we were looking for when I found this wonderful and at such a great price. I had no idea about the surrounding area in which this condo resides. Within a mile is Lake Austin which had wonderful waterfront restaurants and plenty of watersports for the family to enjoy. The condo was immaculate and very tastefully decorated. My wife stated I was going to have to drag her out.

Chereen, the owner, is great and was very helpful considering the circumstances for which we were staying in Austin for. I cannot wait to go back for a romantic getaway weekend with my wife or maybe a family trip when we really can enjoy the surrounding area.
