First the good points
1) Nice comfortable place.Very close to all the disney parks, shopping complexes and restaurants.
2) The place contains all the necessary things to make the stay feel just like home.
Now the points that needs owners attention
1) Sending the information about opening the lock prior to arrival (when he sends the codes).The process of opening and closing the lock is not straightforward and prior information would surely help else you will have to call the owner no matter what the time is .
2) This is the more important one. Owner needs to show some professionalism on the day of the checkout. On the day of our checkout ,the owner sent the cleaning lady early in the morning (8.00am Vs the checkout time of 11 am) .No knocks,no phone calls to check if we had checked out he just gave the codes to the lady to barge right in and was on phone with her taking stock of the apartment's condition. All this while we were sleeping upstairs.We were woken up to the rude shock of the lady barging in our bedroom. When called he merely said that the cleaning lady was asked to come after 11 am. If that was the case why did he give the codes to the lady to barge in .More importantly he was talking to her on the phone . This makes it hard to believe that the whole thing was a mistake.
At 11 am we were literally forced out , we manged to ask 15 more minutes.
The owner was apologetic about the incident .
Other than this incident he was cooperative and listened to all our issues. I would do business with him again.
Owner's Response: I am glad that your stay was a comfortable one. I can not say enough to apologize for that mistake by my housekeeper who showed up at 8am instead of the scheduled 11am cleaning. Instructions for the access codes and door locks will be issued to you within a week of your arrival and detailed instructions on opening and closing the lock are emailed to you ahead of your arrival date, so please review them before you get there . All terms and contract info will be sent to you before your arrival, and please review it carefully where it said all townhouse duties are your responsibility, and making sure that the sink doesn't have the stopper before calling for emergency plumber help! .
