Guys weekend snowmobiling. Townhouse is well maintained and within walking distance to great restaurants. Walked in and felt like we were at home. Detailed instructions on how to use everything and where everything was located. Will be making reservations again next year.

First, I want to say that the owners are just wonderful people to work with. They communicated many details, they provided exceptional extras in the house, they maintained their property in great shape, and returned our deposit quickly. I've dealt with other renters before, and they are by far the best I've ever dealt with.

Second, the place is amazingly nice. Having the unit on the end next to the extra parking was a huge bonus. The double entrance made keeping our skies/snowboards easy to secure without cluttering the main entrance. The rooms were spacious, and everyone felt they had a place they could take a nap without disturbing anyone. The place held our 10 vacationers very comortably. We played board games into the late hours, and the early birds never complained about us staying up late. The place heated up quickly, which was nice after spending the day in a blizzard. The working space in the kitchen was great, and having every kitchen need fulfilled was a great bonus. The little extras were a great find as well from the vacuum, dust pan and broom, to the Fisher-Price barn for our little guy to play with - made for a move-in vacation, without-worries, kind of place.

Lastly, the location was past the town, in a quiet development. We never heard the neighbors, and the road was far enough away that we didn't hear any road noise either. Then, it was a quick walk (for the souls brave enough to go out in the snow) to the town and all the great amenities found there, a local brew pub is just the ticket for this place.

Overall, we had a great time and we will definitely be thinking about renting this place in the future maybe even this summer, it was nothing short of amazing. Thanks so much!!!

Great place to stay! From Alpine Village it is just a short drive to Loon Mountain. This condo is perfect for large families and has all the amenities you may need. We look forward to staying here again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this condo in Alpine Village. The condo was clean, rather large and comfortable, and convenient to access. We skied for several days over the Christmas vacation week at Loon Mountain and the conditions were great. One nice feature was use of the shuttle which picked us up at the end of the street and dropped us off in front of the base lodge. I have skied for many years at almost all the ski areas in the east. I would rate the skiing at Loon as comparable to other ski resports in Vermont and New York, however the housing costs for ski condos in New Hampshire are significantly less than other places-- especially Vermont. This helps make a family vacation much more affordable.

We had a great time here- the unit is well maintained and very convenient to everything in the area- I will return!

Great place to stay. We rented this for the Highland Games. We only had eight but, this would sleep 10 easily. With the downstairs bedroom and bathroom my mother, who walks with a cane was able to travel with us. With three small children and a baby there was room for everyone. The kids loved the bunk beds. Having a kitchen to prepare meals, made it convenient to avoid the crowds and long waits at the local restaurants. The location is very convenient to all the attractions of the White Mountains, skiing, hiking, biking, sightseeing, Mount Washington and more. We would definitely rent it again. We would definitely recommend it to others.

We originally had a house reserved for our vacation for this week but something happened and they could not rent it this summer which left us scrambling at the end of may to find a replacement place after some looking around and inquires we found this place at Alpine Village.

This townhouse actually worked out better for us than the house rental. It was very spacious and being an end unit was a bonus. Me, my wife our 2 girls and my sister in law had more than enough space. The pack and play they had was perfect for my 4 month old. They had some toys and plenty of games and kid DVD. The kitchen has everything you would need we only eat out twice during our stay.

The Viaggio spa and club was a great addition to be included we used it everyday and is only a few minutes down the road on loon mountain.

Communication with the owner was quick and very responsive and has a great place for any type of family to vacation. We look forward to returning next summer.

This condo was exactly what we needed for our weekend ski trip. It was clean, comfortable, in a great location and a good value. We were in walking distance to a couple of nice restaurants and bars with entertainment. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it!
