This fabulous 1 bedroom Air Conditioned Condo on a quiet street in the desirable West End of P-town, very close to Commercial St, within walking distance of everything - great restaurants, night life, beaches & shopping. The 9 unit complex is a former Captain's house with a fenced in yard surrounded by beautiful gardens. Enjoy the heated pool and hot tub on an over sized patio. Situated on the 2nd floor with a large deck (shared with 2 other units) overlooking the pool for outdoor relaxing, dining and cocktails. You'll savor the spectacular view of the Pilgrim Monument and Bay from right outside your front door. The condo has a separate bedroom with a queen size bed, 12x16 Living/Dining Room with Cathedral Ceiling, Queen Size Sleeper Sofa, Full Kitchen, Full Bath, Bose FM Radio, Cable TV & Wireless Internet access and one assigned parking space. Delight in the warmth of the romantic gas fireplace for year round enjoyment.

As a couple who recently rented the condo for 6 days, we were very pleased with the accommodations. It felt like being at home. Dealing with the owner was a pleasant experience. The grounds were lush with plantings and it felt like being in the Garden of Eden. Everything needed in the kitchen was in good supply. There was a table and 4 chairs off set from the living room and it was lit very nicely. The shower/bathroom worked very well. It was a bit small but served its purpose. There was A TV, radio and VCR in the living room even a computer. The pool was large and had plenty of chairs available to sit by poolside. The hot tub was available until 1 a.m. This condo was exactly as it was shown in the ad. An outside deck was nice. Shopping and restaurants were within walking distance. Prices were not expensive at the stores or restaurants. It served our purpose and was a very relaxing atmosphere. Walk to the fishermans wharf and go on a whale watch. Weather was perfect.

One of the Best Condos in P-Town!

We've been staying at this lovely condo since May 2008. In fact, we're heading up in just a few days for our ninth rental! The condo is quaint and charming. In many ways, it's home. Each time we've rented, there have been changes to the condo -- new towels, new linens, new TVs, new air conditioners, new paint colors. Bill is truly a great and accommodating landlord and takes amazing pride in his condo and in treating his tenants well.
The condo complex, with its lush gardens, pool, and hot tub, is just a great place -- a welcome retreat in the wonderful hamlet that is Provincetown. It's in walking distance to the town center and a nice walk to the breakwater and beaches. And you've got some amazing restaurants nearby, including Victor's, Sal's, and Relish.
If you're looking for a wonderful place to rent in P-Town, look no further. This is your place!

Fantastic vacation rental

I stayed in this beautiful property last year and loved it!
The location is perfect, as it is close to all the restaurants, bar, galleries and the beach. The unit is in a second floor and it is very well-maintained, the details when I arrived surprised me. There is a heated pool and a huge deck to relax and enjoy the sun, that was probably my favorite feature, I didn't have to go far at all to enjoy the great weather.
There is a designated parking spot which is great as I drove there and an area to leave the bicycles secure.
To top it off, Bill, the owner was a great landlord, all the paperwork was done smoothly and without a problem, always quick to respond my many questions and easy to reach, I received back my security deposit on time.
All around, this was a great experience and would recommend this property to anyone looking for a great time.

convenient location... clean and comfortable

We stayed in this condo twice. We really enjoyed using the deck and pool and it's close enough to town to walk to dinner and the bars. We rented bikes nearby and used the bike rack because it's not that far from the bike path that goes to the beach and through the dunes. Clean and well-stocked. Bill is very friendly.

15 Cottage, #7 is a cozy apartment condominium perfect for 2 adults. The kitchen is compact but big enough to prepare basic meals. Great shower, and two new A/C units keep the place cool. Awesome LCD television and fireplace in the living area, and a great terrace overlooking the pool. The west-end location is convenient to everything.

The P-Town experiance

Charming condo a 5 minute walk into P-Town where all the fun is . Go to the tea dance at the boat slip and then onto Pied Bar for the after tea dance. The condo is perfectly situated for the beaches and is very quiet at night . Pool is great and caretaker Bill is always on hand for information that you might require. Fantastic holiday we will be back !!

We have stayed the past two summers and thoroughly enjoy the condo and the beautiful pool and gardens. We will keep coming back. The owner is friendly to work with, quick to respond and takes pride in keeping the condo well maintained. We love the new large flat screen TV and window AC units. He always seems to be doing something to make our vacation special.
