We had a wonderful family vacation! The other reviews are right on!! Everything is very clean, beautifully decorated and landscaped and very well equiped with everything you need and more. We had small children come to visit and the fenced back yard was wonderful. The tiki hut was great fun for evening meals. Beautiful breezes, lights and music made it very festive.The fishermen loved the dock, cleaning station and extra refrigerator in the garage. We have already bragged about this vacation home to family and friends. The homeowners provide excellent customer service and are a joy to work with. We have priceless memories of our stay and we can't wait to go back!!

I had the pleasure of staying at this beautiful house in June, 2009. I already miss swimming in the cool pool during the hot afternoons, sharing a drink with my family under the tiki hut, and fishing off the boat dock trying to catch the elusive tarpon. We enjoyed the large kitchen, the nicely decorated interior and the wonderful bedrooms. The location of the house was perfect for boating with easy access to the open ocean (10 mins) and to the gorgeous Looe Key Reef (20 mins). Without hesitation, I would use this house agian for another perfect keys vacation.

This house was absolutely perfect for our vacation.It was comfortable, very clean, beautifully decorated with quality tropical furniture and a gorgeous open water view. Ramrod Key is a great location to enjoy fishing, snorkeling, boating and day trips to Key West. No detail in this home is forgotten, everything is available for everyday needs as well as entertaining. You can tell that the family that owns this house enjoys having it as they're vacation home.
Other little xtras that made us glad we chose this house are: the pool is nice with colored lights at night, underwater lights at the boat dock so you can see the fish(I loved this), you can catch tarpon and snapper right off of the dock, a well appointed dock for fishermen with a hose, fish cleaning station and a shower. Just like the other review said, the pictures do not do this house justice.

Three of girlfriends plus myself (55+) spent an amazing time at this 5-star resort! The house was beautifullly furnished in a beach casual atmosphere. There were high ceilings with paddle fans, open kitchen to the dining area/living room, etc. The house still smells new and we were all impressed with the cleanliness and the meticulous grooming to the outside grounds. Spending the day at the pool was a delight and, when we needed a cool drink, we sat under the Tiki Bar and listened to the outside music and watched the boats go by. There was plenty of privacy and several nice restaurants right around the corner. The drive at night to Key West was about 35 minutes and what a treat to see the sun set. This home and location would be good for children and adults of any age. We definitely would like to go back again next year and, of course, the weather was outstanding. Enjoy!!

I have had the opportunity to stay at this beautiful home on several occasions. Everything you can imagine and more is available for you. It is truly like staying at your own private resort! This amazing home offers everything you need for the most pleasant vacation experience. Everything is organized and brand new. Nothing has been forgotten!

This house is beautifully decorated, is comfortable, and has a truly luxurious feel. There are endless amenities to make your stay pleasurable, including; surround sound stereo, a heated pool, furnished porch and patio areas that overlook the pool, dock, and ocean, an authentic tiki hut, a mini beach, and a gas grill. This is a great place to relax, to party, or to entertain!

Breathtaking views of the water, convenient location, boat access to the bay and ocean, and only 27.5 miles from the town of Key West makes this paradise for everyone who comes and stays. I cannot say enough about this vacation home. It truly is a piece a heaven.

While here be sure to visit Boondocks to eat and play mini-golf, the tiki bar at the end of the road to unwind and relax, UnderSeas for snorkeling, diving, and boat trips, Big Pine Diner for breakfast, No Name Pub for nachos and pizza, Parrotdise for dinner on the water, as well as the town of Key West.

Trust me, this is one place you DEFINATLY want to stay at. The pictures do not do this house justice. It is perfect. Surround sound through out the whole house, including the Tiki Hut. EVERY SINGLE THING YOU NEED TO HAVE IN A HOUSE IS PROVIDED, AND THEN SOME!!! Easy to find, great location....beautiful views. If you have looked at this house, STOP LOOKING....make the call and make your reservation. You will not be sorry. You will want to come back each and everytime you are on vacation. BEWARE of the No-C-Ums....little bugs that love to bite....just take some bug spray, and you will be fine.
There is a cool tiki hut bar in the front enterance, awesome place, try the conch chowder!! You have to come here. But be warned.............YOU WILL NOT WANT TO LEAVE!!!!!
