I have stayed at this particular set of condos for the past 10 years and this was the best experience of them all. The owner was easy to work with and very attentive to insure things went smoothly. I will gladly return as soon as I can.

Very nice condo

We rented this condo for the summer GPPA meeting. The location was fabulous for access to the Ritz-Carlton. The furnishings, beach access, pool and amenities were an excellent value, especially compared to the hotel for a couple with children.
The only glitches were confusion over the number of bedrooms, sofa beds and the like. We thought there was a sofa bed. Nope, although our foster son was happy with the sofa and arrangements, while our daughters had their own room. Someone had broken a dining table leg. This had been overlooked by property management, but the owner was quite helpful and concerned.
I anticipate we will return for future meetings. I don't know that I'll tell my friends, as I want first dibs!

A Slice of Paradise

Wow! We just returned from this beautiful ocean front condo and it was perfect. We loved watching the sunrise from the bedroom and breakfast on the balcony. The island offered everything too, great weather for golfing and biking and more. The beach is beautiful , quint and quiet but close enough to shopping and restaurants. We will come again! We really enjoyed just lounging in the unit relaxing to the sound of waves.

Pre-Christmas Holiday!

My friend and I spent several days in this lovely ocean-side condo in early December. Enjoying your morning coffee on the balcony as you watch the sunrise over the ocean is a spectacular way to start your day! Having the convenience of the Ritz next door for happy hour or a relaxing treatment in the luxurious spa is perfect and just a short walk away. The condo is crisp, clean and comfortable with the beach only a few steps across the dunes. Shopping is nearby as is Fernandina Beach. I loved my holiday here and can't wait to return.

We've "wintered" in this apartment for several years. Clean, quiet, marvelous beach access. The island is a well-kept secret, with fine dining, a beautiful beach, and a sense of community. Simply put, we'll keep coming back!

Lovely Condo, Enchanting Area

My husband and I, and our best friends stayed in this unit last year. We have only good things to say about it. Upon arrival we found everything was represented accurately based on the description. It was nicely furnished, clean, updated, and has an incredible view. Amelia Island is such a beautiful place and we enjoy visiting every couple of years. This condo is within walking distance to the Ritz which we visited, at various times, for both lunch and dinner.

we stayed in this unit for a 5 night stay in september of 2011 for our wedding/honeymoon.it was a beautiful unit with great bedding and awesome ocean viewsthe only thing wrong with this condo is that its so hard to leave it..the owner was super courteous and helpful and we would not hesitate to rent this unit again.thanks for having us!
