Summer Housing
This summer a coworker and I needed temporary housing in Phoenix near our job. Karla set us up in this wonderful condo that has literally everything we could have needed. The location is great and the condo is comfortable and homey. Plus Karla is wonderful and was very responsive if we needed anything or had questions (I would assume this would apply if anything went wrong, but nothing did). The pool and hot tub are nice features and are close-by. I also recommend hiking in South Mountain Park which is just a stone's throw away. Only ten minutes from the airport I highly recommend this condo for a stay in Phoenix.

Great Stay
Excellent layout and location to any area of Phoenix. Great restaurants and some shopping close by. Easy transaction with questions answered quickly about any issue. It would be good for a golf outing, or any other short term stay.

Great Place, Excellent Value for the Price
My family and I rented this condo for one week. The condo is part of a gated community. The condos are very close to each other in this community but it is a beautiful community with many trees. The condo was furnished well with new furniture and tastefully decorated. And the view from the patio (and livingroom window, and master bedroom window) really does look out onto horses going by and makes this condo feel less constricted than other condos in the area. The owner left a basket of goodies for us and a complimentary bottle of wine, which was a nice touch. The owner, Karla, is easy to deal with, and also gave many suggestions for places to see. Also, there is a binder in the condo which contains info on places to see, and instructions for the property.
It is a wonderful, wonderful property and I would encourage anyone to rent it.
