Magnificient and Luxurious Condos

My husband and I stayed at this condo for ten incredible days. We honeymooned in Aruba 12 years ago at an all-inclusive resort. I have to say, "Hands Down," I wish I knew about this condo back then. The location was perfect and met all of our expectations. It was so private and relaxing. The accomodations were fabulous. The condo was spacious and very clean. The furniture was so comfortable, but most importantly, so was the bed. The bathroom was very modern and well designed. All the amenities were at your fingertips. The outside was also very clean. There were lounge chairs right outside our room. There were always a few available, unlike the resorts where you have to search for a place to relax.
The location was great. It was close enough to the beaches and a larger supermarket. There was also a smaller market across the street. I usually went there for last minute things.
I would highly recommend this property to any family member or friend. The price is right for all that you get.
The owner was fantastic. He was easy to deal with and gave us lots of helpful information.
I can't say enough about our trip. My husband and I are usually all-inclusive type travelers, but I have to stay, after staying at "Paradise Found," we might be chaninging our minds. I am already trying to talk my husband into going back again next year and staying at the same condo.

We love it here most because you're near hotel district, shopping, and beaches, but you have the privacy of the courtyard gardens and pool to come back to. We hear a lot of former hotel guests complain about the crowds at the hotels, and having to fight for a chair around the pool. With only 26 units, most of which don't get rented, many times you will have the pool to yourself. It's a great place in a wonderfully friendly and beautiful country.

Wonderful Condo

First trip to Aruba for wife and myself. Found condo on VRBO and was not disappointed. Pool area is a wonderful oasis and an excellent place to have coffee in the morning or a dip after the day at the beach. Owner was easy to work with through email and he answered all of our questions and provided some helpful tips. Great location.

We had a lovely time in Aruba! As we wanted a different experience from staying in a high price hotel, we opted for a condo. We couldnt have picked a nicer condo for the price.
Michael was wonderful to deal with. He was very promt in replying to my requests/questions. He had great suggestions which we went with. I would highly suggest renting a car so you can explore the island.
The property/condo was very clean and well-maintained. The gardens etc are very lovely. If any issues come up, they are dealt with right away. I liked that it was a few minutes away from the busy-ness of Palm Beach. The pool is AMAZING and right outside your door. Very relaxing!!!
If I go to Aruba again I would definitely stay here.

THE place to stay in Aruba!

What a gorgeous property! The condo was very clean, extremely comfortable and the inner courtyard is to die for - the pictures really don't do it justice! We are big on grilling, and the grill area was just wonderful; so comfortable, spacious and easy to use. The pool is lovely - the changing lights at night are hypnotic...we just sat and enjoyed, while the waterfall rained on...SO relaxing. Mike and Kim are an absolute pleasure to deal with - I actually got to meet them when we were there! Mike is made of graciousness...he dealt with some pre-trip spaz-outs with tact and aplomb, bless his long-suffering heart! His recommendation to use Royal car rental was right on target - they were excellent! Great service, great prices and a very comfy Nissan sedan for FAR less then quoted by the big rental agencies - I reccommend them as well! The condo is close to everything (you WILL need a car), and after some trial-and-error, you'll find that getting around is actually very easy. We went snorkeling on the "Octopus" - a sailing catamaran, so nice with no constant motor noise, lovely cocktails and a yummy lunch of salad, fruit and cold cuts (and believe me, that is the kind of light lunch that you want - anything heavier would make you want to veg out instead of snorkel!), went horseback riding at Gold Mine Ranch (one OFF the bucket list!) - what a DREAM, to ride on the beach! Aruba was fabulous for my 50th birthday...we'll be back...again and again!

Fantastic place!

Loved the condo, inside & out. The pool area was so incredible I never wanted to leave. (but we did...) Our condo was literally 4 feet from the pool with a covered veranda where we sat & had our breakfast every morning. Loved it! The description was dead on. It is located on one of the main back roads so it is easy to find your way around & the store across the street is convenient for last minute items. Had some issues with the air but Mike was very accommodating & we weren't there to spend the afternoons in the condo anyway. Royal Car Rentals was so fair, kind & helpful with directions & maps, we would definitely recommend using them when you come to Aruba. We spent 9 nights in beautiful Aruba & didn't want to leave, but we are already planning our next trip there. Recommendations: Get a jeep & explore the East Coast & go to Baby Beach on the South tip of Aruba & visit the Rum Reef for their Monkey Juice. We had the catch of the day at several restaurants. Our favorite was the Mahi Mahi with lemon butter sauce at Marina Pirata. Pinchos was good after dark but was not the best place for watching the sunset. Did not care for the Buccaneer restaurant or the Texas de Brazil which cost us $122 for dinner for 2! Super Food has a wonderful bakery & deli and my favorite Doewe Egbert coffee. In short,(i know, too late...) it was a fabulous vacation and I can't wait to go back to this condo and bring my friends!

Awesome stay in Aruba

My wife and I enjoyed a week in Paradise at Paridise Condo 5A in Aruba. Every detail about he Condo and the complex was exactley as described on the website. The Condo and Porperty were very clean and well maintained. The pool was cleaned everyday. The onwer, Michael, was great to work with and helped us tremendously prior too and during our stay. We visited all the major sites in Aruba--Natural Bridge, Lighthouse, Nautral Pool and most all beaches. The resturtants and major beaches were within 1 to 1.5 miles of the Condo. We especailly enjoyed our island meal at Wacky Wahoos. We would definitely recommend a vist to Aruba and a stay at Paraidse Condos with Michael.

Best condo and great location

It is like a hidden paradise behind the walls of the condo. The pool area is amazing you can sit out there and enjoy the lizards and the birds all at the same time. It is in a great location it is close to all the beaches and the night life. Mike gives you perfect directions on how to get there. Definitely rent a car and explore, rent from Royal rental. They are so nice and give you a great deal. We loved Flying Fishbone restaurant you can eat with your feet and table in the water. The staff and the food was amazing there. We really enjoyed going off roading to the natural pool and the beach and cave tour. The condo is so pretty and it is very easy to feel like you are at home for the trip. Can't wait to get go back next year.

This was the second time my wife and I stayed at Wacamaya villiage and it was just perfect. The units are homey, the pool is perfect, the location to the grocery store saves a lot of driving. Arashi is the best kept secret on the island, so peaceful and the clearest water you could ask for. There is no doubt we will stay again as soon as we can!

The condo was everything Michael says and describes. It is just like the pictures, that is your courtyard. Michael is very detailed oriented, has directions for everything, and they were very accurate. My best friend of 30+ years and I vacationed together for approximately 7days. You must rent a car, if you want to go anywhere except the grocery store across the street. We used the rental car agency that Michael recommends and they were great. The man met us at airport as they were closed, flight problems, we got the rental paperwork done, he drove us out to the place as there are no road signs and it was almost midnight. He even helped me get into the place. His name is Anand he is very good employee. The condo was very well stocked as everyone says. Nice shower, read all the notes/directions as soon as you arrive. The pool area is just stunning!!!

My husband and I stayed here for our honeymoon. The best part about the stay was the pool area. There were very few guests during the time that we were there so it was almost like having our own private pool. The only downside was that the pool was only cleaned once per day. Due to all of the beautiful Palm trees it didn't take long for the pool to accumulate leaves and debris which wouldn't be removed until the next morning.
The condo itself was clean and the description was accurate. If you don't have to get the large resort experience, I would certainly recommend the condo for privacy. The market across the street made it easy to grab the odds and ends that we needed at a comparable price to what we would pay in the US. We cooked breakfast and dinner a few times and the market pretty much had everything that we needed or a close substitute.
We opted not to rent a car but we would advise others to do so. We walked to the bus stop in front of the Marriott each day to catch a ride into town. We don't regret not renting a car because we saved a lot of money. The walk was not long but depending on the time of the day we left out, the hot temperature made the walk feel much longer than it really was.
Places that we recommend to eat:
- Salt & Pepper ( variety cuisine)
- Buccaneer (seafood)
-The Dutch Pancake House ( We ate breakfast here 3 times!)
Activities
- Mi Dushi snorkling excursion ( the crew was really fun)
