Magnificient and Luxurious Condos

We wanted to thank you for the great hospitality when we stayed at your condo in Aruba! We had an excellent holiday and really enjoyed the accommodation.

The grounds were very well maintained. We loved the swimming pool and the soothing sound of the waterfall. We grilled at the BBQ several nights. The condo is really very comfortable and gives you the feeling of being on holiday from day one.

Arashi Beach was very close by. We snorkeled right off the beach and the Palapas were wonderful to hide under during the heat of the day. We would recommend this accommodation to our friends and family.

The place was absolutely wonderful and perfect for our needs. The pool is unbeleivable and my girls didn't want to leave the complex. This is my sixth time in Aruba so we're no strangers to the island, but it seemed that this trip was one of the most enjoyable ones.

After reading all the reviews and looking at pictures more times than i can count we decided to reserve this unit,hoping we weren"t being misled.
Many times pictures appear to be dressed up or are of a unit just after construction not the case here.
Reviews are accurate,pictures don"t do justice and the owner is very prompt and professional with any concerns we had.If you really don"t care about all inclusive and you really don"t care about driving to the beaches (which there are many,none too far) this place is perfect for you.
People who are vacationing at this unit are few and far between allowing a private setting that can"t be matched by any highrise.

My husband and I choose to stay here because the place looked great, we had never been to Aruba and heard it was beautiful, and it was close to a world-class golf course, which my husband loved. The owner explained he gets 15-20 honeymoon couples each year, so we felt confident in spending our honeymoon here! I must say, we were not disappointed! The place was so nice, the unit was just beautiful - marble floors and all. The pool area was just as it was described to us; we just about had it all to ourselves!

Most of the owners in this small complex don't rent units, and after speaking with some other guests, it seems many of them have a lot of the original features and fixtures inside. This unit was much different; everything was new, and stylish, comfortable, and classy. Most of the first floor units, which is what we had, overlook the beautiful blue pool and waterfall. You can't get to the pool directly from the second story units, but they too have a nice view it seems. The pool doesn't extend to the four end units, so our unit was just perfect, right near the waterfall. We can't wait to go back. Since we returned I have visited the website five times just to see pictures of the place and relive it a again.

The beach was close, there was a small market just across the street that took care of all of our needs, and there was so much to do in the area. Often, we found ourselves just enjoying the peace and quiet of the complex. It was very tropical and all you heard was the waterfall and the parrots. The owners suggested the Fly-and-Dine Helicopter experience - a real treat for honeymooners. We got a tour of the island by air and was then dropped off right at the most beautiful restaurant on the island, overlooking the sea, where we were greeted by the staff with champagne and a tropical drink called a Yellowbird. I only wish I had surprised my husband with this.

Honeymooners, second honeymooners, or just looking for a great place, you can't go wrong here in Paradise! I'll never stay at a hotel again - ever - well at least not in Aruba!

And I agree with the other reviewers, the only thing I don't like about this place is that more people might find out about it! So why am I writing a review? I just loved it.

This was our second trip to Aruba in 2 years, and this year was even better than the first. Last year we stayed at a low-rise hotel on Manchebo Beach. While we enjoyed walking out our back door and being right on the beach, we enjoyed staying in this condo even more (saved money, too!) The condo is clean, well-furnished, nicely decorated and offers all the amenities for a perfect vacation. The kitchen is well-equipped. The bathroom is spacious. The king-size bed was comfortable. My husband liked the big, wall-mounted, flat-screen tv and we were pleased to have internet access, as well. I liked having my breakfast on the small patio off the living room as I enjoyed the quiet, the garden setting, pool and waterfall. The supermarket across the street had a good selection of food (and wine). We used the grill in the garden patio one night for our dinner.
The location of this small complex is only 5-10 minutes from most of the best beaches on the island. We liked Eagle Beach the best. There are free palapas to sit under for shade and we brought the sand chairs supplied at the condo to sit upon. You can rent umbrellas at Palm Beach for $15/day. At Boca Catalina, Malmok and Arashi, there are some palapas. You can also snorkel right off the shore at these beaches (a bit rocky, though). I watched for where the tourist boats stopped to do their snorkeling. Baby beach was a 45 minute drive to the opposite end of the island. It is perfect for very small children and you can snorkel there, too. I would recommend the half-day sail/snorkel on a catamaran just because it was fun.
There are lots of eateries in the Palm Beach area and shops and kiosks to browse through. There is even a fountain of lights show with music at the Paseo Herencia Mall in this area. We spent one rainy day in Oranjestad. Ate at Iguana Joe's and browsed the shops at the Renaissance Mall. Our favorite restaurants are Papiamento, Flying Fishbone, Marandi and El Gaucho. These are all pricey but worth it. Fishes and More has an early-bird special that is quite good. Tomato Charlie's had good pizza and salads. After dinner, you can try a less-crowded stroll along the beach walkway located between the beach and the high-rise hotels.
I would definitely recommend staying at Paradise Condo. The owner was very helpful and prompt in answering our questions. The property is safe, clean and well-maintained. The location is convenient and easy access to main roads when you go exploring.

The condo was clean and is very well maintained and spacious. The bed was comfortable, and the bathroom was pretty and a good size for two people. As for the kitchen, the microwave, toaster oven and oven are modern and were great for meals in, especially breakfast - although we did eat out a lot.

While my fiance and I both stayed there, he did go off on some more adventurous activities on his own. I felt 100% safe in the condo and in the pool the entire time, whether he was there or not.

Property personnel came by every morning to clean the pool, and with the pool area being on one side of the apartment we were able to keep the screen doors on either side of the condo open throughout the day whenever we were there, so we never had to turn the air on.

With the high speed internet access, I was able to keep in touch with work the entire time, which was very important to me. The connection was fast and reliable.

We loved the privacy, and being 5-10 minutes away from all of the crowds and craziness at the high-rises was perfect for us.

While we were there, we sent the owner a few questions via email and he responded right away. He also had personnel on site should any problems arise - but we never had the need as we had no problems!

Staying here saved us a ton of money and I have to echo other reviewers - I'm worried the secret will get out but the owner was so great that I just have to place a great review here.

We stayed at this property twice in November and absolutely loved it both times. The condo was spotless and beautifully decorated. The furniture was all new and the kitchen and bath were spectacular. We found it particularly convenient because we were traveling with small children and the layout was perfect for that. The children could be napping inside and we could be six feet from the front door sitting by the pool. Normally we're confined to a hotel and sit on the balcony at best when the children are napping. The pool was cleaned every morning as was the patio furniture and everyone there was so friendly. We were 5 minutes away from the resort area and Malmock beach was about 10 minutes away. All of the action on the island is less than 15 minutes away and you come home and you have a quiet, beautiful condo to stay at. The kids never wanted to go anywhere. They loved the pool and the waterfall into it. We would eat meals on the patio and the kids could swim until bedtime. The bed was comfortable and super clean, as well as the inflatable bed. There was a looseleaf book inside the condo with all points of interest and restaurants. The owner was very nice and fabulous to work with. He personally gave me information about the area because I'd never been to Aruba. Everything he told me was right on the money. He also has a caretaker that is right on premise every day should there be any issue with the property. This is a fabulous property and I would highly recommend it (as long as it doesn't get so popular that I can't get in to rent it again!) We will definitely be back here!

This condo that we rented was everything we were looking for. It was clean, convenient location to everything. Very nice kitchen and beautiful bathroom. Loved the outdoor BBQ grill by the pool. Very quiet and felt safe. Would have no problem renting again. My only problem is that the word is going to get out on this place and will book up quick. Want to keep it all for myself. Best vacation in a long time and we travel all over several times a year.
