This bright and airy cottage is located on a dead end dirt road with a private association beach at the end. It has a beautifully landscaped front yard with a view of Nantucket Sound and a private fenced in back yard. It is located within walking distance of restaurants, ice cream shops and convenience stores. Being located in central Cape Cod allows easy travel to Hyannis (dining, ferries, shopping, nightlife) as well as Provincetown with it's unique attractions. The cottage has three bedrooms(Full, Full, two twins). Ceiling fans in most of the rooms help you keep comfortable and there is almost always a gentle ocean breeze. It is located at 75 Oak St extension in Dennisport. Look it up on a map and you'll see how close to the water it is.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND
I crew up in the 60s and 70s on this street as a kid. It was like being home again the street has not changed much and we could have not picked a better place to stay. You always get nervis booking on the web but not this one. I never realized how much I loved the place (OaK St) and the Cape.
The cottage is very well maintaned, clean, plenty of room and has everything you need. The bedrooms and the livingroom are perfect size and the kitchen is very large and has room to work and cook. The yard and the patio is great place to relax at night and have a cool drink and grill out and have dinner or lunch and enjoy the ocean breeze. It's also on a dead end street with the beach 60 seconds away (walking) and no traffic. The folks that are regulars and owners on the street are very nice and friendly and make it a relaxing place to stay they make you feel at home as if you live there year round and they see you everyday of the week. The beach is clean open and never crowded and great fishing from the beach. BRING YOUR GEAR and bait.
The location is great, just minutes from the stores, great food, shopping and anything you need. Location is perfect on the Cape 45 min in any direction and you can see the whole Cape.
The owner was fantastic to deal with and was a pleasure to work with, he responds extremly fast and made the vacation so wonderful and easy to put together. We got an e-mail the next day after we left before we even got home.

Great little cottage

This is a very cute little cottage, very close to a nice private beach only used by Oak Street. Well stocked with everything needed for day to day use. Quiet dead end street.
Owner extremely easy to deal with, very prompt with his communications which was really nice. We would definitely rent this place again if visiting the Cape.

We loved this cottage. It was clean and well-maintained. It is situated on a dead-end street so there is not much traffic which is great for families with young children like us. It is within walking distance to a clean, sandy beach. I would highly recommend this cottage.

We love this cottage!

This was the second year that we rented this cottage, and we are planning to rent again next year. The cottage is cozy, clean, and only a few houses away from a beautiful beach. It is also close to many restaurants and activities. Our week was very relaxing and enjoyable.
