Amazing House - Great Location

We had a wonderful stay at Elk Crossing. The house is very clean and nicely decorated. All the luxuries from home are here . . . It was a great place to stay while visiting Yellowstone. We appreciated having a "home away from home" to make our stay out west more enjoyable.

What a great week we have had! We made it a family vacation to visit our son who works in W.Yellowstone. We enjoyed snowmobiling, cross country skiing (1st time for all of us to try!) and we so enjoyed the views from your home.

Thank you for having all the little extras here from TP to spices! You have a beautiful home and we would definitely come back here. Thanks also for arranging to have the snow plowed--we needed it! Your home and hospitality made this extra special and of course we had lots of fun with our 15 month old granddaughter (and our kids!)

Thanks so much, The Roses, Albany, GA

We did have a great time! We thoroughly enjoyed this winter wonderland and your home was a great place to call "home" for the week! Thanks again for all you have done to make the home child friendly, what a huge help!

Thanks again, the Litchfields, Nashville, TN

We came to celebrate my father's 70th birthday and
leave with many wonderful
memories. The park, as always was spectacular and
we found West Yellowstone a
charming town. At the end of the day Elk Crossing
was a wonderful retreat,
warm, welcoming and lovely.

Susan, thank you so much for the opportunity to stay in your beautiful home.
It's a cozy place to come home to after a long day. We snow coached to the
Canyon--gorgeous scenery, but our teenage boys thought the trip was a little
long. They enjoyed the snow mobile to Old Faithful much more. Tops for them
was skiing at Big Sky, Terry loved the Grizzly and Wolf Discovery Center.

West Yellowstone is a quaint town with friendly people. We have thoroughly
enjoyed our stay.

Susan, we so enjoyed your dream home in this wonderland of Yellowstone covered in snow! We've never seen or played with so much snow before. :)

Your house provided us with such a rare opportunity to enjoy snow and warmth so easily. We especially liked the interior decorations--the elk themed lamps etc. Thank you Susan!

Your home was exactly what we needed to have our perfect "Montana Vacation".
We have looked forward to this all year. "Elk Crossing" has been no exception!
Your cozy home has been the perfect ending to our long days of adventure. We
have enjoyed all that Yellowstone has to offer, horseback riding into the
beautiful mountains behind your house and much of the surrounding area.

"Elk Crossing" has been a great place to re-charge! We hope to come back soon.
Thank you for sharing it with us.

The house was perfect for our vacation. You've done a wonderful job with all
the accommodations. We saw the mother moose and her two calves. Spent every
day in the park and saw everything from geysers and hot springs, to buffalo,
grizzly bear, elk, and a bald eagle. Had a great time horseback riding and
whitewater rafting; hiked many trails including Mystic Falls, Natural Bridge
and Grand Canyon (South Rim). It was nice to come back after a long day to a
nice clean, spacious house. Thanks!

I loved your house. We went white water rafting and horseback riding, too.
Jarid

I loved the house. It had so much space and it was clean. I loved the wall
hangings and pictures throughout the house. I really felt as if I was at
home. :) Jenny Thanks so much!

I loved the house. My sister was about to pack her bags and buy the house. I'm
glad that I found a paper in your house about the "Grizzly and Wolf Discovery
Center". It was the first time I ever saw a wolf. We also got a checklist
game, where you have to try to find the animals on the list in Yellowstone.
The only animals we didn't see was the bighorn sheep, black bear, and the
white pelican. Jackie

Thank you for letting us stay in your house. Jace

We enjoyed this vacation and your home very much. I think we were able to do
just about everything we had wanted to do. We saw almost all of Yellowstone (a
lot of driving). We saw many animals including a bear, the moose in the back
yard, elk, coyotes, etc. The geysers and scenery was incredible. We also got
to go horseback riding and whitewater rafting, that was great! We swam in the
boiling river and that was cool too. We had many long days that started very
early and it was nice to come back into your beautiful home. I think it had
just about everything and was very comfortable. The view is very beautiful.
When can we move in! Ha Ha! Karin

Your home is lovely and we all thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Yellowstone National Park.

At your home we saw a fox (twice), deer and the mama moose with her two
babies. We really enjoyed all the comforts of home in your home. We also very much appreciated the attention to detail in your home and how you obviously worked hard to make our stay comfortable.

Our young boys enjoyed playing in the yard and watching the wildlife. Grandma also enjoyed the lovely scenery and the wildlife. We will be back!

Thank you!

This is a great house. We had an amazing vacation. The park is more than we expected, we filled each day with a new adventure and even took a long day trip to the Grand Tetons. We saw the mother moose and her two calves on our first morning here. We also saw elk just up the trail. Our boys and their friends had a great time playing football in the yard while we BBQ. This has been a great trip. Susan, the house is great. The trip highlights: swimming in the Firehole river, white water rafting, spotting bull elk, going to the rodeo and so much more! We also enjoyed running on the forest service road, swimming in the river, touring the Grizzly center and great weather.
