Aloha! 'Sevilla by the Sea' offers a spectacular 180 degree view of the ocean. It is located at Milolii Beach which is the last fishing village in the island of Hawaii. Enjoy spectacular views, peace and tranquility in this spectacular part of the island. It is approximately 300-400 yards from the waters edge. Enjoy fishing off the rocks, cliff diving, snorkeling, scuba diving, kayaking, hiking, biking and beach combing within a short distance. Explore the hidden trail to the black sand county beach of Honomalino. 2 boogie boards and two fishing poles, are provided for your use along with towels, linens and a fully equipped kitchen. Nothing has been spared to give you an excellent nights rest. The queen size beds are equipped with 'Lady Americana Elite' mattresses. 'Sevilla by the Sea' is a great place to enjoy serenity with friends and family. It is close by to the shopping centers of Kailua-Kona but far enough to enjoy your own piece of Hawaiian paradise. We just returned from vacationing from 11 days of this beautiful home. Waking up every morning to the great ocean view from the master bedroom's bay window is very relaxing. This house is very clean and has alot of open space with a great lanai to view the ocean and have your coffee or cocktails. You can hear the beautiful sound of the waves, in your own island paradise. We visited many beaches while here and many of the shops. We also visited the Volcanos which were errupting. We saw a luau while here, but on the Big Island of Hawaii there is no way of getting Island fever here. My kids found many places to fish and boogie board, and the best part was that the gear was already at the house to use---Shaka Bra--. We've already booked this place for our summer vacation for next year and trying to figure out how to come back for Christmas. "Malekalikimaka"

Could not have asked for a better place! We loved that it was out away from all the big resort areas! So wonderful to listen to the waves crash against the shore from anywhere in the house! No need to pack alot of clothes with a washer and dryer right there. Everything you need is supplied here even beach towels :) If we return to the Big Island you can bet we will try to get this place again! Have told all my friends and family about this place. Dont miss out on this Great home!!!
The decription of this house is exactly what they say it is! The owner was very helpful, gave us a list of things to do while on the island.
Don't be affraid to try the little small restaurants they had the best food!

The listing is completely accurate. The property is extra clean and has a "like new" feel. The owner was extremely responsive to my inquiries. This is a property I would recommend to anyone who wants seclusion to be able to "get away from it all." Great views from a pleasant porch! Many extras - washer & dryer so I could pack 1/2 of what I would have and wash up; recreation equipment provided such as snorkeling & fishing gear as well as camp chairs for days on the beach. Just over an hour 1 way to Kailua Village to the north and 2 hours the other direction to Hilo with Volcanos Park in between. Full kitchen for cooking with a view. Just a super-great property.

Beautiful Home by the sea

This is a beautiful new home by the south kona area. The house is very clean and new, spacious, comfortable with beautiful furniture and nice interior. Nice neighbors and beautiful settings. The ocean can be seen by the window. This is an area newly developed and surrounded by volcano lava rocks. It is a bit of a drive getting outside the hill by the ocean (typical of the kona area), with other houses/properties in the same neighborhood. Driving to kona and nearby tourist area is about 30-60 mins through the beautiful winding road. Make sure the car is filled with full gas before driving far, we had an adventure testing capacity of our car's gas tank.

This vacation home in Milolii was great. It was clean and well kept. My family enjoyed the home because the beds were comfortable and the kitchen had all the things we needed to cook our meals. I would continue to rent this home whenever my family and I make a trip here. I also reccommend this home for everyone else too.

The house was very nice and well-maintained. Lot's of amenities that were wonderful!
This was one of the easiest reservations that I have made. It was my first time using this web-site but will not be my last.
The only thing that would be nice would be if the homeowner would tell which mile-marker the turn off is at so that you are not so tense looking for the turnoff and wondering if you missed it.

We Thank you for allowing us to stay in your beautiful home while visiting to the big Island. This home is truly a home away from home, we felt sad to leave. Picture simply cannot do its beauty justice. My family and i thank for supplying us with everything we needed to enjoy our trip.We are coming back next year to stay two weeks this time. February 2010. Our family of 4 really enjoyed our 5 nights in this beautiful home. The home was very clean and spacious. It had everything we needed from snorkeling equipment to a grill. The beds were comfortable. It had all the comforts of home. The neighborhood was quiet and gave us the privacy we were looking for. Sitting up in bed each morning and seeing the ocean was wonderful. The Big Island has so much to see and do. We would have stayed longer and would love to return.
