Home features a newly constructed large 2nd living room with hardwood floors, large 54'' High Def. TV, lots of comfortable seating, game table, & desk. Ideal family retreat located South of Rt. 28 on a quiet private street and ~1/3 mile from Oyster Pond River town landing, approx. 1 mile from Hardings Beach & approximately 1 mile from Chatham's shops & restaurants! Equipped with wireless internet, cable TV's (4), DVD, VCR, stereo w/CD player, Dishwasher,& Washer/Dryer! Also has a toddler's bed & children's furniture (highchair, stroller, Graco Pack N Play). Wonderful Family Vacation

What a wonderful week we spent at this vacation rental. Lets start with the description that was given by the owner: completely accurate....the pictures cannot do justice to the comfort and relaxation the home provided. There were 2 living rooms...which was great when travelling with 2 families. There was a kitchen ...though a little small was more than stocked with pots, pans, plates, cups and utensils. The appliances were fairly new and worked great. Beds were all very comfortable in the 4 bedrooms and bathrooms were very recently renovated.
Location: great! It was no more than a 5 minute drive to Ridgevale, Hardings or Cockle Cove (great beaches for smaller kids) and about 5 min to a grocery store. You can walk to Chatham Lobster and Fish Market. The house is about 5 min to town and parking was never a problem ...plenty of spaces in the public lots.
The owner was great to work with and always answered promptly to any questions or concerns.
All in all I really recommend this property....we really felt that it was a comfortable, clean and welcoming place to stay.

I just wanted to let you know how much we enjoyed our vacation week in your home. We had a wonderful time and the house worked out perfectly for our little family reunion. Our two adult children and mother-in-law, all of whom live out of state, were able to join us with plenty of room for relaxing and family game nights! The bathroom improvements were awesome -- we all felt that they made a huge difference both in terms of comfort and appearance -- you did a wonderful job! Thank you again and I hope you have a great rest of summer!

Home Comfy & Roomy for Both of Our Families

Hi, Just wanted to thank you for allowing us to stay at your home. We had a wonderful time. Your home was comfy and roomy for both of our families. I love the fact that it is so private. I felt very comfortable letting the kids hang out in the yard, if we were inside. The beds were super comfortable. Also, since our husbands love to cook it was nice to have everything we needed in the kitchen. We look forward to next year. Thanks again.
