Por Fin Tres Palmas is an awesome property. You can't get any closer to the beach (without the need of an anchor!). The sound of the ocean by the pool, the terrace, and even in the rooms, is just amazing. Great house layout is perfect for up to three couples (each room has a private bathroom). Beachfront, pool, terrace, sunset, and a grill! What else can you ask for?

....and we loved it!! Lots of room in the house for a family, clean grounds, nice little pool, great beach front location, walk to the Marina restaurants, fresh fish up the Marina road at Nelson's house etc etc.
Rincon too is the best spot we have visited in PR and we hope to go back every year!!

Anna & Steve's beautiful, 3 bedroom, beachfront house is an idyllic home away from home.
The pool, the modern appliances and amenities, the decor (no tacky condo furniture in sight), along with all the fun that Rincon has to offer - snorkeling in your backyard, horseback riding, sunset cruises on a catamaran - make this house a fun vacation destination you should not miss.
If you would rather stay in one spot, everything you need is available on hand or within a short drive - the supermarket is 5 minutes away, so you can easily enjoy your entire vacation sipping frozen drinks poolside, barbecuing and watching the sunsets without ever leaving this beautiful home.
We highly recommend Casa Por Fin Tres Palmas and plan to return with friends, as soon as possible.

The house exceeded all our expectations. Beautiful, clean, completely stocked and supplied. Comfortable furnishings inside and out. The pool is fantastic, the beach is breathtaking. The feeling of having a private and secluded beach is second to none.

This was our 5th stay at one of Anna and Steve's properties and our 2nd year in a row at Por Fin Tres Palmas. We have already booked again for next year. The house is immaculate and the location ideal. Snorkeling, surfing and a beautiful pool. Our 3 children love the beach, pool and walking to their favorite restaurant (Shipwreck) for dinner. It is rare to find a house with new appliances, new furnishings and to top it off a well stocked kitchen with dishwasher. We also love the large t.v. and internet access. The owner's are available and helpful. They have done a lovely job of creating the perfect vacation spot right down to the last details (like 2 comfy hammocks overlooking the ocean and pool).

Casa Por Fin Tres Palmas beach house was the perfect place for the perfect vacation! The location was excellent, and the beach was clean and great for snorkeling. There were many great restaurants near by along with local surf shops. The house was very comfortable and the sound of the ocean could be heard from every room. The newly remodeled bathrooms were beautiful and a great bonus to each bedroom. I would definetly recommmend and return to this house in Ricon!!

This was a perfect place for my husband and I to stay. He was able to get up in the morning and surf and I was able to relaxe by the pool. You are close enough to the action if that is were you want to be or you can relax by yourself and not have anybody bother you. You can snorkel right in your back yard. We payed money to go snorkeling and they brought us right to the house! The house was clean and well taken care of. It was great having the washer and dryer and a bathroom for every bedroom. We can't wait to go back next year.
