Reviews of Property: Mountain Retreat, beautiful views, private hot tub, WiFi

This was a vacation for several of us and a training session for 2 of our group. Whether it was training or vacation, this was the best time I've had. The owner of the property was absolutely precious. The home was lovely, immaculate, great location, wonderful view and all you could ever need or want was provided. We had all ages from 5 to 82 and even the younger ones said they wanted to come back here instead of the beach. WOW! What a statement for this location. We were within 30 mins of mining, swimming, tubing, sliding rock, chimney rock, a beach and lovely waterfalls. Make this your vacation home and you will not regret a minute of it.

Spent a relaxed week in this lovely red-brick ranch house situated among the mountain trees but within easy reach of lots of things to do. This home provided everything one could ask for plus the regular attentions of Lee, the charming owner-hostess. Hoping to make it back in the fall or at holiday time.

Our family stayed in the house through Christmas. Lee, the homeowner, even had a decorated, live Douglas Fir Christmas tree in the living room. The house was convenient to Hendersonville and Asheville. Spacious and comfortable would describe the house. We were met with a welcome basket, candles, and a chilled glass of wine. This was one of the best vacations we have ever had and we will most certainly stay here again.

We had a great stay in late September/early October. Lee is the best hostess you could hope to find and the house is close to everything while maintaining an "away from it all" feeling. My daughter goes to school in the area and our family will definitely be returning.

The house was more elaborate and spacious than anything I would have expected. Filled with beautiful handcrafted art and needlework. We stayed 5 days and grilled 3 of those days. Within just a few minutes of Pisgah State Park, Chimney Rock, Asheville and the surrounding areas. Easy access to Interstate. The house felt like home away from home. The hostess was beyond 5 stars going out of her way to make our stay wonderful. The grand children and the puppy were welcomed with open arms.

Lee and the house were great. It was truly a home away from home. The bedrooms were spacious and the beds were sooo comfortable! She had a wonderful snack/welcome basket filled with our favorite snacks! Everything was comfortable and easygoing and the porch had a beautiful view. the only thing I though was missing was rocking chairs on the porch. There are also some small breakable decorations so I recommend putting those up if you have small kids as we did.. We had a fantastic time. Next time we hope to stay longer!

Im from L.A., and never got service this good in any five star hotel. everything you could want. Grill, piano, big screen, WiFi, deck with great veiw, all the above. Really loved the Driver For Hire, the benz that was avalable was first class. We needed some relax time and asked for the Chef to cook our favorite meal, I beleive it was better than i could make it. A+ for him. i will definatly be coming back to this spot cant wait until next business meeting.... THANK YOU !!!!!
