Nice house in great location!!! Amazing location. so close to everything. great walking distance to everything. Donny was very helpful and friendly. Great recommendations on restaurants and thins to do around town. We enjoyed our stay and would come to Cozumel again!!!

Great family gathering home
Our group of 10 had an amazing stay at this house. Accommodations were perfect for what we needed. Rooms were large, beautiful and clean (only negative - we are all big readers, and it would have been nice to have a bit more lighting in the living room area). Location was great - within walking distance to town/ grocery. Easy to catch a taxi right up the street. DJ and Donny were terrific 'hosts' - they picked up some snacks for our arrival, gave us lots of information and suggestions, and arranged scooter rentals and a fantastic dinner/show on one of our evenings. Highly recommend this listing!!

The property worked out well for our large family group, there where 11 of us (two small children). We ate in most meals and the kitchen/dinning area worked well for us.
The pool was used even though the water was pretty cold-weather related.
The location was good for walking to the grocery store and the tourist downtown area of Cozumel.
The property was quiet and well maintained.
Donny and DJ the on-site managers were very helpful--ask them anything they will know.

Villa Miranda - Alamilla group
We had an amazing stay at the villa. We have friends and family in Cozumel and visit quite often, but this is the first time that we decided to rent a house.....it was amazing and it will be difficult to stay at a hotel after this. Great location, safe and secure, within walking distance of town and ocean. We walked most of the time but taxis were always parked down the street if we needed them. Some of us are divers and it was a 5-minute walk to the boat; there is also an outdoor shower and rinse tank for dive gear. DJ and Donny are very personable, were great hosts and kept the property spotless; in fact, if we couldn't find the kids, they were usually hanging out with DJ. They are immediately available if there is any issue at all. We had a group of 8 and even with friends visiting, we never felt crowded. We had a cook come in for breakfast and lunch (and bartending as well), and that is definitely the way to go! The downstairs area is great, the rooms were spacious and the villa and pool was kept spotless. The kitchen is well-stocked and clean, anything the cook needed was already there. The hammocks on the fourth floor are great. It was a great trip and we will absolutely stay here again! Thanks for everything!

My Big "40" Birthday
My Big "40" Birthday
After arriving a Villa Miranda, the vacation spot was more than paradise. The pictures are great but the property was breathtaking. Our greeting was so warm and friendly by our hosts. My family and I came to Cozumel to celebrate my 40th birthday. DJ was so helpful getting arrangements made before our arrival, that my family had nothing to worry about for my surprise extravagent party. DJ and Donny gave such wonderful reccomendations. We had so much fun at every place they told us to visit. All the resteraunts they adviced us to go, we enjoyed our meals and atmosphere. They also kept the Villa so clean. We really felt spoiled. They even went as far as to set us up with a fabulous authentic dinner with entertainment included. Our whole expierence was very spectactular and felt very sur-real to me. I felt so special being the birthday girl. The Villa, DJ and Donny had a big part in that feeling. I have the best family ever, but I left with two great new friends also. I would reccomend the whole package to anybody that loves life and wants to have fun.

Paradise and Challenge
DJ & Donny were terrific they made us welcome were entertaining, answered all of our questions of where is what is how can I. They are warm and so friendly. The house itself was well appointed and laidout all of mine and my husband needs were met. The house was within easy walking to the areas of interest we had (diving & food).
Unfortuately in my mind to be able to take someone with a disability the main floor bedroom and bathroom would need to have a ramp because with the stair it is limiting.

We had a great time at the Villa and we thank DJ and Donny for all their asistance and suggestions. The Villa was spotless and the location was ideal for us and the diving we did. We enjoyed our evening with Mino and Leanore and the wonderful dinner they prepared. We will definately recommend this to all of our friends who plan to visit Cozumel.

They have done a couple more dinners here at the villa and once again prepared an excellent meal. They have added to the evenings entertainment with a local group that does fire dancing, break dancing and drumming! It is very tribal and makes everyone want to stomp their feet. We will definately have to have this added bonus the next time you come!

Villa Miranda had been recommended to our party of 7 by a previous guest and it didn't disappoint.
We were greeted by hosts DJ and Donny with warmth and enthusiasm. They provided tons of information about local attractions and conveniences and facilitated local rentals and activity bookings. When we asked them to recommend where to get the best Mexican food, they went one better and offered to bring in a local couple to cook for us. Wow! What a spectacular meal we enjoyed - the best Mexican food any of us had ever eaten anywhere in Mexico!
DJ and Donny are not just an excellent resource. They're gracious and warm, always respectful of their guests' privacy, yet always there when you need them.
The Villa itself is delightful. The website photos accurately reflect the bedrooms which are generous and very well appointed. The main floor living area, which includes the pool, has plenty of room for a large group. The "ambience" is casual, the furniture comfortable, and the kitchen fully equipped for self-catering.
It is spotlessly clean and well maintained.
It's also well located within a short walk of all the conveniences and a short taxi ride to the heart of town.
We're scuba divers so were pleased the Villa also has a soaking tank for rinsing our wetsuits daily.
Conclusion: Villa Miranda gets my vote for "Villa of the Year"!
