So much more comfortable than a hotel room

Kalina Boston
Review Submitted: June 30, 2008 Date of Stay: June 2008
My parents in law were visiting from Europe and we planed a weekend trip to Niagara Falls and Toronto. I needed an apartment for 4 adults and a child, I find that so much more comfortable than a hotel rooms, and that property looked perfect.
I called the owner, Joseph and we arranged everything very smoothly. A week before our scheduled visit we had to change our plans and move our stay with 2 weeks. Joseph was very accommodating and I really want to thank him for that.
The apartment was very nice, equipped with everything we needed. The location was also great, about 15 min from downtown Toronto. We drove there and the owner provided us with his GPS which was extremely helpful, considering that this was our first time in the city.
We had a wonderful trip.
Owner's Response: Thank you for reviewing our condo. We always strive to offer the best service. We always give what we expect from our own travels. These reviews always help us improve our service just in case there is something we may be missing. The only type of trip you should have when you visit us and Toronto is "Greattttttttttttttttttttttttttttttttt" anything less is not acceptable.

The listing was more than accurate, the remodeling was exactly as described, the property was spotless, well mantained and inviting.
Joseph made as feel as part of his family, he provided us with a phone, gps, laundry card ( and brought us extra conforters and towels just because we got there and the weather was cold and my mother in law and my mother were afraid of the sudden change of temperature).
Joseph told us about the city and gave us lots of maps and brochures to get us started.
We had a great time, enjoyed the city and did not have to worry about anything.
We are coming back, there are lots of incredible places around Toronto that we will like to explore and Joseph will be our first contact. He welcomed us and made us feel at home. All our friends and relatives are ready to pack and go.

Just returned from a 15 day holiday, staying at Josephs codo.
The location was excellent, door to door buses that stopped out side the condo.Number 100 to Broadview then take either the 505 tram or the subway to anywhere down town.

The weekly travel pass cost 32.50 canadian dollers we used ours to travel all over toronto never sitting in traffic like if we had hired a car.

The condo was great for our family decorated to very high standards and not in the busy hustle and bustle of down town,it ws nice to return home to a quiet residential ara at the end of our busy day.Great location science centre can be walked in 10 mins or take the no 25 bus.
We booked our travel to Niagara falls at Union Station,We travelled with coach canada. The price for an adult cost 39 dollers return .Not to be missed what an amazing place.
We stayed one night at the Marriott falls veiw the view from the room was awesome at 10pm there was a fire work display that lit up the falls
.
Well worh every penny spent, waking up to the falls in the morning will be etched in my memory forever.Joseph was a great host, always called us to check we were doing ok.He also gave us a cell phone to use whilst we were staying at the condo. We were met at the airport by a beautiful limo and taken to the condo to meet Joseph he showed us around the condo.Joseph is a really helpful and friendly guy and helped us before our visit with information about Canada, aswell as when we arrived.W ould recomend the condo to any one wanting to explore Toronto.Try the Pickle Barrell next to thr Eaton centre great food at great prices. If you like coffee try Second Cup there coffee is better than Star BUCKS......

A Great Rental

We found the condo to be an excellent rental for our 4 member family (2 teenagers) for sight seeing and touring Toronto. The location is excellent as we were minutes from downtown and the major attractions. Joseph, the owner, provided top notch service from the time we arrived to the time we left - Joseph, it was a special touch to have the fridge loaded with pop and water and many other supplies that are too numerous to mention. Our family would highly recommend this condo to any one! Thanks again Joseph - it was AWESOME!

Hello Joseph,

It is my pleasure to share the very good experience I had staying in your condo with my two boys. My pleasure also to say that you did eveything possible to help us whenever needed.

Your condo is spacious, well maintained, pleasant to live in, with all the necessary amenities. Nice also to have a swimming pool and a sauna in the building! I would certainly recommend it to friends.

Altogether, a great experience! Thanks!

Michel (from Belgium)

A home away from home.

My family of four travel whenever we get the chance and when we are staying away for more than a couple of nights I try and find a home that we can rent. I haven't been disappointed yet and this place ranks very high on our list. The condo is beautiful, it has so much space and everything in it is high end. The kitchen just sparkles and there is nothing better when you are travelling than having breakfast in your pj's and not having to leave the place you are staying in. As a matter of fact, we had most of our meals in, enjoying relaxing after a busy day. You cannot do that in a hotel room. It is very easy to get downtown with or without a car, very convenient to use the subway. Joseph has thought of everything, and, he is a very nice guy. If you're in the area, try this place out, you will not be disappointed!
