Wonderful Vacation Getaway

Owner is so accomodating. Home is beautiful. This home was the anchor of our perfect LA Holiday. Close to everything. Vilda has provided the perfect base to explore Los Angeles and surrounding areas.
We travelled with 5 kids who really enjoyed the stay.
Owner even provides a discount card to the local grocery store so you can save heaps. This was a life saver as we shopped at the local Ralphs often. Will stay here again next time for sure.

This lovely property was even better than expected from the photos. Location was exactly as advertised close to supermarket, Hollywood attractions, yet quiet and safe. Accomodation was ideal for our three generation family group - Mum and Dad upstairs with the two children in adjoining bunk bedded room, Grandparents in ground floor room, and Uncle in ground floor front bedroom.
House was clean and well maintained (apart from the missing bathroom door and lamps/light bulbs needing replacing).
Everything you could possibly want is provided (except for us English who drink tea, not coffee ( a kettle and teapot would be very welcome additions!)
The owner was very helpful and friendly and arranged for the pool heating to be put on as soon as we requested this after arrival.
The children enjoyed playing the board games thoughtfully provided, and loved the pool with all the floats and basketball ball game. We all found the barbeque and patio area relaxing, when we took time off from a busy schedule of Disneyland, Sea World, Universal Studios, Santa Monica, Venice Beach, Hollywood Walk of Fame etc.
I would recommend this property to anyone.
We could walk round to Ralphs whenever we needed any provisions and sometimes they even gave us a discount!
The highlight of our stay was attending a family wedding on a ranch in the hills above Malibu, which was magical.
So all in all a fantastic holiday with a wonderful base to stay in LA.

A few of my childhood friends decided to have a reunion in LA and found this gem of a house located in close proximity to Hollywood and Highland. The rental property was very clean, modern, and quaint...it makes you easily feel at home. BBQ by the pool was excellent! Paired with the beautiful LA weather, you can't go wrong with this property.

On the flip side (very minor and not to be discouraged), one of the bathroom doors downstairs needs to be repaired i.e. only a curtain separates the bedroom from the bathroom. When using the heater in the pool, be advised that you will be charged extra...$50 for us.

Overall, we had a great time! Kudos to the owner (Vilda)!!!

We rented this place in february, I must say that the place looks even better in person. You got almost everything within walking distance (shopping, cinema, walk of fame, dining)

When we arrived everything was setup and ready for us, Frida even had a couple bottles of wines waiting for us :)

The house was big we were a party of 9 people total, I will definitly rent this place again this fall!

Two friends and I were recently in need of a place to stay near Los Angeles and another friend recommended this house / duplex... Since we would be coming from deep in the ghettos of Tijuana, I was looking for somewhere that felt very secure and safe...

I was already liking this place when I had to open the metal fence to park... then going through an additional metal gate door before arriving at the access door was another plus...

THEN THERE IS THE BEAUTY OF THE HOME ITSELF - The web shots certainly don't do this one justice - this is an extremely beautiful and well laid out home... I took the huge upstairs master suite and left my pals to decide on their chosen bedrooms downstairs... there was never a point where we felt cramped or in each other's way...

Great pool (heated if needed!)... great relaxing area around the pool... great living area / big screen TV...

Nice close proximity to Starbuck's and Jamba Juice (lots of other stuff too, but these are the places I hit with regularity!)...

Overall it was a truly excellent place to stay and I would highly recommend it for pretty much anyone!

Also of note; I had to change my plans - both arrival and departure dates - and the owners of the home were very accommodating and worked great with me! They were always patient and helpful...

This Hollywood pool house was the perfect getaway for me and my girl friends this weekend. It is in a great location (within walking distance to the main strip in Hollywood) and is very cute inside and out. The pool was heated and very clean. The beds were extremely comfortable and the house was clean and well prepared for us. The home owner was very nice and even provided us with coffee and a bottle of wine to help celebrate our weekend. I would highly recommend this home.

My stay at this lovely home was beyond our expectation.
The home is very clean, spacious and beautifully furnished with everything anyone would need. Ample towels, bedding, kitchen amenities, etc. are available. We had a large group and had more than enough room. The beds are very comfortable.

The location is perfect. We walked to Mann and Kodak Theatre, Walk of Fame, Sunset Blvd, nice restaurants, fast foods, etc. The streets are quiet and safe.

This home has a very nice, private pool. We were too exhausted from our long days to utilize but we will make the time upon our return. The internet is very fast.
It took us minutes to drive to the TV studios, and other sightseeing adventures.

This property is excellent for everyone. Search no further
Vilda was always readily available to make our stay enjoyable.

We could not have had a better hostess. She provided all contact information should we need anything. She is excellent. We are planning our return soon.
