This home appears to be a pure investment property. I say that because I believe a lot of details would be handled better if the owner spent time in the rental. I could be completely wrong in my assessment but this is what I experienced. The package of information was a great idea if it had been current. The articles were photo copied many times over and weren't legible. The home itself is beautifully decorated and clean. The beds were very comfortable and the layout is very nice. The location of the home is good too, across from a park if you have little ones but not a short walk to the pool or beach. It is the details that although stand alone are not significant, they begin to add up and for the price you do expect some of these basics to be covered. There was not a rental book/guide with the house - at least not that we found. The materials sent ahead of time were probably suppose to cover this need however the information was not always there or accurate. The WIFI codes in the materials were outdated and you had to discover the codes on a piece of paper on the kitchen wall to login. There is apparently a problem with the cable line into the house as most all the TV's had an extremely grainy picture. We troubleshot over an hour and could not resolve the poor picture quality. The coffee maker in the kitchen did not have any filters provided nor did the materials indicate what type of coffee maker was provided so that we could provide our own. There were no trash bags provided. The materials ask you to move the trash cans to the curb on trash day but no trash day was given. The kitchen at first glance is well stocked but once you start cooking you realize it is missing some key supplies. For ex. there was only 1 serving bowl. No platters or larger bowls. There is one oven mit - no other hot pads. A grater would be nice as a few storage containers. The guest bedroom did not have a working overhead light - could have been a blown bulb?? There were no luggage racks and the towels are subcontracted to a service and the quality was poor. These are all very little things that could easily not bother most people. The location of the home is nice and as said before the decorating is very pretty. If the few things are corrected above this could be a great rental.
