Beautiful

My parents, husband and 3 year old daughter stayed in the Sky View Penthouse during our family vacation in May. The condo was even better than we expected! Besides the two bedrooms on the main level it had a seperate apartment with bathroom and kitchenette on the upper terrace level. The view from the terrace was amazing! Also the common areas of the property and pool area are kept very clean. Jose the owner was a wonderful host. We called him a few times during our stay and he was always ready to stop by and help us with whatever we needed. One time we even had to call him after 10pm because we had locked ourselves out of the condo. Although he had been asleep, he came right over to let us in and was super nice about the whole thing. Overall I would reccommend this property to anyone staying in Rincon. It provded us with everything we needed to have a great vacation!

The Condo was very nice. Great location. You actually can walk into Rincon. Everything needed is close. Only issue we had was the time of year. It was the Off, off season. Nothing to do but relax and unwind. I recommend it highly and we will stay again. Jose was a great owner and met us there when we arrived.

I can't say enough about Jose and this property! We had such a wonderful 10-day stay in Rincon. The Penthouse was beautiful, comfortable, immaculately clean, large and airy and attractive and loaded with amenities...plenty of large thirsty beach towels, bath towels and extra sheets and blankets, a well stocked kitchen, ipod home, much much more! The rooftop terrace was awesome - with hot tub, lounge chairs, grill, benches which fold out into a picnic table (we ate dinner up here every night)outdoor shower, and an additional living space with beautiful bathroom (loved the shower in here!) and combination living room/kitchen with sleeper sofa and large screen tv. The view of the ocean was beautiful. We are a family of 5 and were very comfortable and had plenty of space! The pool was very nice with a covered cabana with tables and grills. The grounds were attractive and clean and the security gate made us feel secure. The beach is right across the street with many more beautiful beaches to explore with a short drive. Capital Water Sports is right on the beach a few steps from the penthouse and they were awesome...got to know them and we went on a snorkeling trip and rented kayaks...very nice people - Alex was so friendly and helpful and always had a smile and a hello whenever he saw us. There's a restaurant and ice cream shop also right there on the beach. We did alot of exploring and loved Rincon and the area. (We rented a van for our trip). One beautiful vista and gorgeous beach after another! Driving through the mountain roads we found so many great little places...like Banana Dang (don't miss it!!) Best smoothies I've ever had and a great place. Desecheo Dive shop. Tamboo Tavern, where we ate lunch on the beach deck. Much more. Everyone was so nice. Just a great vibe. Jose was wonderful...helpful and there for any little thing we needed and gave us so much helpful advice! He gave us an awesome map to navigate with and I wanted to bring it home but forgot it so he's mailing it to me. Such a nice person! For months before our trip he would answer any questions about Puerto Rico and give tips and advice. I miss him and the penthouse and the people and Rincon so much! I wish we could have stayed all Summer! I won't hesitate to visit again and stay in the penthouse as soon as we can!! It is always sad when vacation ends but especially such a beautiful one. My kids didn't complain at all on this trip and did not want to leave. :)

This beautiful condo is very conveniently located. Even though we rented a van, we could easily walk to shopping, restaurants and the big, public beach was directly across the street. It's a very new building so every thing (furniture, appliances, etc) was clean and in excellent shape. Jose is friendly, helpful and available. Many extras are provided: beach towels, hair dryers, iPod, DVD, kitchen gadgets and beach toys. The upstairs terrace is huge and has a view of the beach on one side and the town on the other. With the BBQ and hot tub, its and instant party. Be advised - there is adjacent construction and the street can be pretty noisy. We, however, were happily entertained by the noise and Holy Week vacationers camping at the beach. The music and activity made us feel like we were crashing a big party. I went running every day, we went on a snorkle trip to Desecheo Island, found good snorkling at Steps Beach/Playa Escalera, and got to know a lot of friendly shopkeepers and restaurant staff. My teen and young adult sons found the local skate park. My daughter loved shopping and the beach. My 70-year old Aunt had fun practicing her limited Spanish with the patient and friendly locals. A big thumbs up for La Promesa (a catering truck with beachside tables) directly across the street. 4.00 got you a delicious main course (fish, empanadas, chicken, tamales) plus rice and beans. Also, big ups to Jose for rescuing us when we got turned around on the road on our way to Rincon. Great property. A fun week.
