Handicapped Beach , great for seniors and families with young children

A unique home with Cathedral ceilings, a rear over-sized wrap-around 2nd floor deck and plenty of deck furniture! This home includes a tiled covered porch, a bright, cheerful kitchen with new appliances, and a comfortable, spacious living room with ocean views. The first floor master bedroom has many windows to feel the ocean breeze and listen to the waves. The home has central air, ceiling fans in every bedroom and in the living and dining rooms. The home has two televisions, including a new 40 inch screen located in the living room.

Short Walk to Town and the Beach!: This is the perfect location for renters who enjoy a short walk to downtown Stone Harbor (located at 96th Street) and want to be at the beach in a few short minutes. There is a pavilion at the entrance to the beach, which is a great place to sit and enjoy the cool breezes of the ocean.

We are a short drive to Avalon (the closest town on the same island) and Cape May is about 25 minutes away. Besides the beach, there are great places to shop in neighboring Cape May Court House. The Cape May Zoo is always a fun place to visit, especially for the children, which is also only about 20 minutes away. The Bird Santuary and The Wetlands Institute are a popular stop for bird lovers.

A CPA from Mayfair section of Philadelphia. Oldest of 4 boys.

Dad died at age 40 , Mom made us go to College. Collected coke bottles and ate pasta to save for a home at the shore .

Three of 4 brothers have homes at the Shore . The other brother

enjoys his one son home at the shore .

Worked for a Major CPA Very lucky to have great mentors who I

can never repay .

Greatest pleasure is seeing Mom enjoying the home and not having to worry about money . No longer collect coke bottles

This Place is Classic and Perfect Stone Harbor!

Generations of my family have been coming to the shore at Stone Harbor for 60+ years. 101st Street is basically the center of the Stone Harbor universe, regardless of your focus (town, beach, playgrounds, good restaurants, etc.) Not only is this location perfect - the house itself is lovely, well appointed and ideal for serving as "home base" right off the beach. We had folks from 72 (and blind) to less than 2 years old - and without exception, all had the perfect accomodations in this home! Homeowner neighbors are super friendly and very comfortable with us renters for the week! Only issue we have is that Stone Harbor is so far away from Colorado. We'll be back - if/when the opportunity presents itself!

Really a nice property, with a great location. Beautiful,beach, property all as advertised. Close to "town" (such as it is); good for biking, walking etc. Very comfortable, lots of living space. Well-maintained, and owner seems interested in making upgrades as needed. Prompt return of security deposit. Owner responsive to tenant needs. Kitchen good, but not great; outdoor rear deck lovely, furniture comfortable.
Master bedroom very spacious and pleasant. Note outdoor shower, a plus of beach junkies. Not more than 25 steps to the beach, covered pavilion at the end of the street would be welcome for seniors.

Spacious and Convenient

This vacation home was one of the best places we have ever stayed in over 50 years of coming to Stone Harbor. At times we have been limited to finding rentals that can accomodate my mother with limited mobility. This location was so convenient for her to get to the beach pavilion and to stay entirely on the first floor with two bedrooms and bathrooms on that floor.She only needed to get up two steps into the house. Some rooms were freshly painted and all were clean and nicely decorated. I would definitely recommend this home away from home.
