The home was great. Clean with many amenities. The book with directions was detailed and there were contact numbers for questions. The internet access, TVs, video games, etc. made it like a hotel. The towels for the beach were great. It was so nice to have laundry available and what a beautiful kitchen. Easy to follow directions from the Tampa Airport.

My husband and I enjoyed staying at the house. It was very well appointed and had everything we needed for an enjoyable stay including room for visiting guests. The house overlooks a lake which is very peaceful. The location was convenient for visiting other towns, north and south as well as Clearwater beach. We enjoyed many of the parks in the area. The surrounding area has many good restaurants and shopping.

My friends and I really enjoyed our stay in Tampa during Super Bowl weekend. The house was the best part of our stay. The house was in a very quiet location (which was good) and easily assessible to restaurants, shopping, and many things to do. The house was VERY well maintained with PLENTY of towels. We look forward to visiting this home in the near future.

The house was very well furnished and as described by the owner - it is older but nicely remodeled. It is very roomy and could easily accomodate a large family. Lots and lots of towels - which meant not having to do laundry every day and a washer and dryer are included - very convenient. Basic products were not supplied which was disappointing - we had to go shopping before we could take a shower as there was not even a bar of soap provided. The setting on the lake was beautiful but the fishing was disappointing for us - there were wires around the dock that made it impossible to cast from it. There are lots of attractions nearby and a lot of restaurants and shopping so the location is excellent. The property appeared to be clean but after the first evening we noticed that a lot of things needed attention. We did report this to the owner upon our return and he was extremely concerned and cooperative and agreed to make the improvements - all really minor things. He offered to make amends and we would stay there again when we next travel to the Tampa area. We would also recommend the property to friends. Overall the house was very comfortable and in a nice, older neighborhood that was quiet and felt safe with easy access to all the major freeways. We were very impressed with the owner's response to our suggestions and found him to be great to rent from. We were there the last two weeks in November and the first week in December - the weather was great. It was a nice place to spend Thanksgiving.

The house was just as it was listed "Immaculate and Peaceful". The layout is perfect and I loved having a sunroom to sit out on to enjoy the lake and BBQ. We took in 4 days at Busch Gardens, a Concert at Ford Amphitheatre, Ybor and the Dali Museum so bring your Laptop to access Mapquest there is so much to do!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this rental home. The neighborhood was very quiet, even on the 4th of July. The kitchen was well-equipped and the house had everything that we needed. It was a short drive to all the attractions that we were visiting and it was nice to unwind there at the end of the day.

This property was immaculate. Easy to find. Took my Girl Scout troop, the girls loved it. They were very impressed, spoiled them they will never want to stay at a hotel again. Me neither

This is a great house on a beautiful little lake. The backyard is shaded by spanish moss draped cypress trees that help to create a relaxing and peacefull atmosphere. The location, tucked away down a quiet neighborhood street, is right in the middle of it all with great shopping and highway access just up the road.
