Great Weekend!

This home went far beyond our expectations. Large & open, clean, well appointed, great pool area and in a very nice/quite neighborhood. Our family enjoyed the entire Vegas vacation because of this special Vegas retreat. Access to "the strip" is quick and easy. Alex is a great guy to do business with and we will definitely return to this location in the future.

We had a great time! Alex was very helpful. His home was beautiful and comfortable. Address was not complicted to find has an easy access to freeway to strip and shopping. Very quiet community.

Very big house. really nice aall around. great for everyone. Definetly will be staying there again when i go back to vegas. whole tansaction was made very easily.

The place was exactly like described. The two master bedrooms were so amazingly beautiful. I couldn't believe how comfortable the two beds were. To be honest, I think that a person could fit about four adults in the master bedroom beds! The other two bedrooms were smaller but also nice and throughout the place, the layout made perfect sense and was comfortable. The only draw back to some people might be that there were no televisions in the two smaller bedrooms. It was clean, well lit and well maintained. Everything that you could need to cook, clean or do laundry was already on the property which made it really easy during our stay.

The house is a bit from the strip, a bit before South Coast but it’s away so you can relax in or near the private pool or in the jacuzzi. During the night, it's quiet and if you want to take a taxi to the strip, it's really not that expensive. Up the street, there's a peaceful and nice park that has two tennis courts, up more is a plaza with some stores. It really was a great vacation. I really left hoping to not only sleep on the master bedrooms bed one more night but it was relaxing and beautiful. When I go back to Vegas, I hope to stay here again.

Alex has been more than helpful and provided the best all around care to make sure that we were taken care of and everything went smoothly! I honestly was worried but he reassured that there was nothing to worry about and with the attention that he gave my concerns, I recommend this place to everyone.

This has been a great experience. Organizing and renting has been quick, painless and all the info was up front (no suprises). The house was beautiful, clean and has a great pool. In a great up and coming, gated, area and is so close to the strip.

My friends and I always go to Las Vegas at least twice a year and finding a place is always a toss up. Finding a place that is nice, well furnished, close to all activities and with a good owner is always hard but once we found this home, we were set.

We're a group of friends aged 22-28 and we mainly go to Vegas for the nightlife and the casinos. This home is located literally 10 minutes from the strip via the highway or you can take side streets and its only a 15-20 minute drive. It was easy to find and in the event of needing a cab, it was fairly cheap.

The home itself was well maintained. Everything was clean and functional. The spacing of the house is great to a point where everybody in the group had their own space without always bumping into each other.

The pool was great as well. Very clean on the outside and the temperature outside was perfect for a quick dip.

Overall this was the best house I've come across in my 4 or 5 years of taking trips out to Las Vegas. I'm sure I'll be coming back again and I recommend this to anybody who is going to Las Vegas.

We stayed at this property four nights. It is clean, spacious, comfortable, in a quiet neighborhood, and close to the strip (driving distance). We were very happy with the service we received from the owner. He is accommodating, helpful, and returns calls/emails efficiently. We will definitely stay here again!!!

We rented the house from 6/30 - 7/7. The home was spacious and comfortable and well-equipped with all necessary items. Not your typical, cheaply done rental. Home and all amenities were similar or better than what we have home! Bedroom sets were gorgeous, nice plush shag carpeting, thick white rugs in baths. Beds were very comfortable with very nice sheets (not the normal hotel type). The three bathrooms were great, especially with 4 women! Pool and hot-tub were wonderful. The owner and property manager were very helpful and responded quickly to our calls. The small problems we had were quickly resolved. Great instructions, easy transaction, owner was very accommodating. Overall, we enjoyed the trip and the stay at this home!
