A Warm and Wonderful Vacation Home!

I just wanted to thank you for letting us rent your beautiful townhome. Our family had an AWESOME time. My kids loved the splash pool in the back yard. We swam in it every morning and night.

The townhouse could not have been in a better location. Right off US 192 and so close to everything.

We stayed here for 9 nights and it was wonderful!! Clean, comfortable and convenient to Disney. It was approx. 5.5 miles to the parking lots at any of the Disney parks. Great space to relax after hot, crowded days!! The kids loved the splash pool in the lanai. The pictures have been updated and are much better at depicting the beauty of the home and pool. The house even had nightlights in bathrooms and halls!! It is off of Hwy 192, and there is a Winn Dixie, a Dairy Queen and a pizza place about 1.5 miles from the home. The resort pool was great--plenty of lounge chairs. The owner was very responsive as was the management company. We would stay here again!!

We just got back yesterday. The condo was very clean and new. It was quite a distance from the clubhouse pool, probably as far as you could get, but we still walked, just know that once you are there, you stay at the pool. Contrary to the description, there were NO beach towels. There were plenty of white bath towels, but no beach towels, we had to run to Target to buy some ($). If I would have known, I would have brought some from home. We ordered a grill but the igniter switch did not work, did not find any matches, had to go buy a lighter. Overall, a good experience, would recommend.

We had a wonderful time at your place! It was just perfect for us, our daughter, her husband and their two children. The warm pool on the porch really added to the experience. The furnishings were so pretty and the grand- kids LOVED their room.....especially the big stuffed animals. It was even better than described. The only "drawback" was that we had planned too many activities (nearby Disney, etc.) and didn't leave enough time to spend in your beautiful home and clubhouse. Next time we'll know to leave more time for the condo and its many free attractions.

I was definitely impressed by the rental property. Pictures from the internet were not deceiving. The place was clean, the amenities were good and the location was close to the area attractions. The layout of the house was nice. Some of the items missing from the amenities were the coffee grinder and a hair dryer in the master bathroom. As far as transportation goes, we rented a vehicle and that seemed to be our best option. The costs related to transportation from the condo to the parks, restaurants, etc. were high. The area had many restaurants but mostly chains. As far as house supplies, you will definitely need to purchase garbage bags, paper towels and/or napkins, toilet tissue and dish detergent. My recommendations for the property owners would be better quality pillows and more towel racks in the bathroom. Overall, I was pleased with the condo and I would recommend it to family and friends.

Your townhouse was the best stay away from home that I've ever had! As soon as I walked in the door it felt so serene and comfortable. It is beautifully decorated & well layed-out. Everything we needed was there for us; just like at home. The screened-in pool area was wonderful to get the sun, but not the bugs! The quick commute to Disney attractions, grocery stores, restaurants, and more was definitely a PLUS! I would recommend your townhouse to anyone going to Disney!

This condo was beautifully decorated with all the amenities of home! It was an extremely close drive to Disney and only another 10 minutes or so to Universal. I would highly recommend this property to anyone with kids as the amenities are abundant!

This was my first time staying in a townhouse instead of staying on Disney property and my experience was wonderful. The place is beautifully decorated and more than fully equipped with amenities! The community is very safe. The pool at the clubhouse is huge! Disney is minutes away. And transportation is provided at Windsor Hills if you did not rent a car. I would highly recommend this particular townhouse for your family vacation!
