Comment from recent guests:
'We enjoyed our whole experience at the Magnolia House. Your home surpassed our expectations and the pictures on line really do not do the house justice. It is such a neat house, the kitchen was absolutely fantastic, and the beds very comfortable. I was only sorry that we didn't have time to enjoy the beautiful back yard. The house was much better stocked than we had imagined, and we ended up returning a lot of items to Safeway that we found we did not need. I especially want to tell you how much I appreciated how easy you made the whole transaction. It was just terrific in every way.'

'My friends and I had a fantastic time and we all loved the house! I have stayed in other rentals and yours was by far the best stocked, and the kitchen was great. I am definitely going to pass the information on to others about Magnolia House.'

Property owner/operator and Fine Artist/Illustrator, Suzy Sansom, is best known for her award-winning label art for 'Big Ass Cab' (Adler Fels WInery, Santa Rosa) as well as for her colorful local landscape series of paintings that can be seen on greeting cards in retail establishments throughout Napa and Sonoma Valleys.
Since 2008, Suzy Sansom (Ballesteros) has owned and operated Magnolia House, the Napa vacation rental home situated closest to downtown Napa's dining and shopping district. Yet despite its convenient distance to town, the home is located on a quiet residential block, boasting lovely bed & breakfast mansions. Intending it to be their eventual retirement home, John and Suzy are in the meantime, sharing Magnolia House with visitors to the Wine Country. The host's goal is to meet the needs of their traveling guests by keeping a well-stocked home with updated amenities that one would expect to find in one's own home, making the property, truly, a home-away-from-home!
