My fiancé and I stayed at the condo in March. The view is just amazing. It is breathtaking actually. Chris was wonderful to us. She has a lot of good information on where to go in St. Thomas and she was always available to answer any questions. We plan on going back soon because this was one of our favorite vacations we have ever taken. The pictures just don't do it justice. The condo was perfect for us. The view from the deck, living room, and the beautiful bed, was stunning. Waking up in the morning and looking out over all of those beautiful islands was just wonderful. We highly recommend this condo!!

Chris was great to work with; she provided several pages of suggested things to do, restaurant suggestions, and and a detailed directions to the condo. When we got here, we could not believe the view. From the living room, bedroom and balcony, you can see the blue ocean and a number of islands including St John and the British Virgin Islands. There is always a breeze coming in and we left the sliding doors open all the time, enjoying the fresh air and breeze. It's great to have your morning coffee on the balcony looking over the ocean with the sun coming up. The condo has everything we needed for a week here. Thanks Chris!

It was fantastic! We spent the week here for our honeymoon, and we loved it. GORGEOUS view from the bedroom!! Chris is also excellent to work with. She is very sweet and helpful. There are so many wonderful beaches and beautiful places to see nearby. We definitely recommend it to everyone.

I can't say enough about how beautiful this location is for a vacation. My husband and I are expecting our first child in September and wanted to get away for a one last baby free vacation. After talking with Chris I knew that this would be the perfect spot for us.

I spent my first 4 months of pregnancy suffering from severe morning sickness, and without the help from Chris I don't think that I would have been able to plan our trip. She is beyond nice, very helpful, and an amazing reference for any and all questions relating to the Virgin Islands. I would highly recommend this rental based on Chris's kindness alone but there is so much more!

The condo we stayed in had breath taking views, was very clean and comfortable, and was perfect for a couple, couples, or even a small family. We rented a small car - you don't need a jeep - and picked up some food from the local market in Red Hook. This worked out perfect because we could cook when we wanted to and went out when we didn't. We ate at some of the recommended spots in town and at the resort. Unfortunately, because I am pregnant and sick it was hard to find food I could eat but my husband liked the local foods.

It was a great location - close enough to everything but still far enough away from any madness. If your looking for a romantic quiet get away this is a perfect spot - if your looking to spring break and live it up you might want to stay at the all inclusive resort across the way.

Our entire family (17 strong) rented 5 condos in June, 2010 to celebrate our 50th anniversary. Chris was so helpful organizing this for us. All of the condos were beautiful and had everything you could wish for. This condo had an awesome view and all the necessities of home. Fungi's was a highlight and we ate there several times. One of the times they cooked the fish our grandson caught on a deep sea fishing expedition. We also hired boats to take us to the Baths on Virgin Gorda in the BVI. For great snorkeling you need only to go to the right of the complex or to Coki Beach; both within walking distance. This was our 4th time at Point Pleasant and we shall return again.

The condo was all it was made out to be....comfy, good location to 3 beaches and Red Hook! Our housekeeper, Bernadette, was awesome also. She stopped the first night to make sure that we had everything we needed.

Be prepared to do alot of walking inside the resort and to the beaches. This unit is located at the top of the hill and Fungi's, beaches, etc. are at the bottom. The view from the unit was awesome!!

We'd recommend dinner at Fungi's at least once. And, the walk along Pineapple Beach was pleasant and hanging out at Coki Beach (15-20 min walk from condo) was a blast! Make sure to snorkel and have a smoothie....they were awesome.

We really enjoyed our stay in the Virgin Islands, Chris was a great help giving us lots of advice and tips before we went, that really helped. We ate at both the restarunts on the property and ordered Senor Pizza a few times they all where good. The hills sucked the next time we stay in the Virgin Islands we will rent a car but without a car is do able. The pools where amazing we had the entire pool to ourselves except once. Cooki Beach and Saphire Beach where the only beaches we went to and both where beautiful. We did the morning star sail the resort offers I wouldnt do that again but it filled a day. Overall the place was clean and Chris described it as it was, I was lery of it cause I had never used Homeaway before but it turned out great. Thanks Chris!
