If I had to choose a place to vacation, this would be it. The house is outstanding - big & beautiful. Everything you need is already there, including a spectacular view. The porch is breathtaking & peaceful, a perfect place to sit in the rocking chair & listen to the brook. We stayed a week & never left the house before noon because we enjoyed sitting, talking & staring at the mountain the porch faces. The area is beautiful, close to lots of good places to shop, eat & sight-see. The living room is comfortable & the TV is big. The dining room is really nice & the kitchen is roomy & pretty. We enjoyed the entire stay & each of us plans to come back. The neighbors were cordial & helpful, & each time we walked out the door, we had something nice to say. There were 5 of us & if we had brought our husbands, it would still have been roomy enough for us all. It was clean, plenty of towels & blankets, the beds were very comfortable & the ceiling fan brought in the cool night air. I slept very well there in the quiet country. It was truly wonderful & I cannot wait to go back. Lots to do & see, & a great place to bed down. I highly recommend it to anyone who needs a break from stress & noise.
