Arrived on Tuesday evening and felt right at home from the moment we arrived. Rooms were spacious and offered all that we really required and then some.Enjoyed the a/c since it was so hot outside, computer did not work fast at first and the printer did not print but upon calling this to the property owner, it was taken care of immediately and the worker Leah even took our family to the shopping mall so that we would not get lost.There were 6 of us staying there and we all were able to rest comfortably and enjoy ourselves so much we looked forward in arriving back from our trips away to just unwind and rest.The swimming pool we really enjoyed since none of us swim well. It was Soooo refreshing! My niece suffers from fibromyalgia and she found it sooo comforting to have a heating pad available for her sore muscles and body aches.All the other small amenities, condiments, salt/pepper, iron/ironing board, hair dryer, washer/dryer, extra beach towels, detergent, soap, toilet paper. We just needed to purchase our food supplies while there and we stayed for almost a full week. Family had a GREAT time there! The list of restaurants was helpful and residence close to grocery store for fast trips. Owner was quite helpful and offered much input for our stay in Corpus. Would stay there again if family returns.

WOW!!! This was GREAT it was so nice and clean the beds a very comfy!!! Can't wait to stay here again. Thank you so much Lyn! This house is so open and spacious you really get your moneys worth!

We very much enjoyed our stay at Dolphin House. It was clean, comfortable, and spacious, with all the comforts of home. We definitely will want to stay at Dolphin House again during our next trip to Corpus Christi!

Couldn't have asked for a better experience. Our party was in town for a wedding a few miles from the house and it worked out wonderfully. Plenty of room for our 6 (or more) and a great place to stay. The whole house is clean and ready with everything you need for a short vacation. Thanks so much Lyn!

What an enjoyable stay!
The owners-Mark & Lyn are so kind and helpful. And the house is so clean & cozy; we weren't ready to leave! This was our girls' retreat-but next time we'll bring the hubbies, and we'll be sure to tell our friends that whenever they visit Corpus-don't get a hotel-stay at the Dolphin House!

We had a fabulous stay at Dolphin House. It was very clean, tidy and well equipped. We particularly loved the clean safe pool and the location of the property is perfect for the beach and restaurants. We appreciated the English tea bags too as we are Brits living in Texas!! We also appreciated the condiments in the fridge and fresh fruit available on arrival - a nice little touch. The owners are lovely people to deal with - always prompt in response to emails and we received our deposit back after one week. This property is highly recommended.

Dolphin House was a great place to stay during our vacation. Comfortable, clean, plenty of room for all of us and well stocked.
The pool is well maintained and perfect for escaping the Texas heat. When our three boys weren't swimming they made good use of the den and the video games there!
Lyn, Thank you for everything, it was a pleasure renting from you. We were glad to have Dolphin House be our "home" during our week in Corpus Christi.

We rented the Dolphin House to attend my brother-in-laws wedding. Even with 7 people and one toddler in the house it was not crowded at all. The house is beautiful and spacious... the outdoor seating was wonderful for entertaining. They keep the pool and immaculate and the house in very good condition. The rooms were large and very clean. So many amenities were provided we had very little to bring or purchase. It was very much like a hotel (without the room service). The grill that is provided is in great working order and makes for a fun night outside by the pool. Though the house is fully furnished with decorations and everything, it was surprisingly childproof for my 20 month old son. He was able to play throughout the house without one of us following his every move. The pool is completed gated as is the yard, so, while outside he was free to play without worry of escape.
Overall, this is the best experience we have had at a hotel or rental. If ever in Corpus Christi again, this is the only place we would stay.

I have nothing but praise for this owner! Our experience there for a weekend in early May was wonderful! Very easy to communicate with and very professional. The accomodations were clean and very comfortable. We will definitely consider staying here again!

We had rented the dolphin house during the memorial weekend. It turned out to be one of the best decisions for we had a truly wonderful time. The house is very well planned out and has all the comforts one would expect. It takes care of all our needs, from adequate toiletries to ample cutlery. Moreover, it is located in a peaceful neighbourhood within walking distance to the sea coast.
We hope that we get to enjoy dolphin house once again.
