Our beautiful, family villa offers luxurious comfort and tranquility among the woodlands, waterways and golf courses of Rotonda West. The villa overlooks woodland, incorporates every luxury and is beautifully furnished to the highest standard. Close to both Englewood and Port Charlotte on Florida’s beautiful West Coast, the villa is ideally situated for relaxing on the Gulf beaches, exploring reserves and bird sanctuaries or visiting the Gulf islands. The villa is located within 10 minutes drive of the ocean and the miles of magnificent unspoilt beaches and inland waterways. Nature reserves, over 20 golf courses, tennis and fishing are all nearby. The area has an extensive selection of restaurants serving every type of food (seafood is a local specialty) and a wide range of shops. The town of Port Charlotte has a great shopping mall which includes Sears and Burdines department stores as well as an extensive range of boutiques.

Our first stay at this lovely villa.We frequently stay in Rotonda West and this has been our nicest location to date. If you're looking for total privacy in a well maintained and beautifully decorated home, this is your spot!

This is a lovely home, clean, comfortable, well maintained with all the amenities. The owners were a pleasure to deal with answering any questions or concerns, all in all making us feel very welcome, likewise the property manager. This is a quiet neighbourhood, the house itself surrounded by bush affording a great deal of privacy. This is an ideal family home quite suitable for two or three couples or a family, close to the city of Port Charlotte and the usual Florida sites. I highly recommend this home. Thankyou to the Webbers for sharing it with us.

We were provided with detailed and accurate information on this villa. We liked its location in a quiet and peaceful neighbourhood and there was a good degree of privacy as the rear of the property is not overlooked. There were plenty of activities within a short drive.
The villa was clean, well-maintained and very well equipped - there was even a Christmas tree! The owner provided good customer service and responded promptly to emails.
We enjoyed the nearby beaches, hiring a boat at El Jobean and visiting the Everglades. We would recommend the Fishery restaurant at Placida and the Gulf View at Engledow beach.
We would definitely recommend this property to friends and relatives.

A credit to the owner and not forgetting the management company who do a grand job. Had a really good holiday. If you like Italian food then try Donatos in Port Charlotte. Boca Grande golf cart rides are great fun! Enjoyed spa most of all. Lovely and warm. Only comment on a personal note would have liked a stool in the bathroom to make it a bit easier for an old girl like me to do her hair! Thanks for a great time.

It is so difficult to leave such a beautiful home. Everything is grand and perfect. Thanking you for sharing your home. We'll come again.! PS one could use wooden spoon in the kitchen. We didn't find any.

What more can you want??!

Needless to say that all the 8 guests had a fantastic time in this beautiful very well-equiped home. Everything is taken care of, the house is so neat, big and has all the amenities you need.The neighborhood is so calm and green, people around are very friendly-good ol' America.
The swimming pool with its jacuzzi is very clean and well-kept, perfect to lazy around.
BBQ is huge and very handy.
We'll be back for sure!
